BLOODY SCAMMERS, IVE ORDERED A DIAMOND NOSE STUD AND ITS STUCK IN PRODUCTION FOR OVER 10DAYS NOW, JUST DONT DONT ORDER AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS COMPLETELY NOT AVAILABLE AND THEY NEVER ANSWER NEVER NEVER SO MUCH TIME WASTE AND IM NOW LEFT WITH NOTHING TO GIFT

Bought an item. Took ages to deliver. Needed resizing. They resized with the reason they size different to other places. Refused to resize. All in all, this has taken 3.5 months. It was a Christmas present. And despite me being a three time customer, they are refusing to resize. You can never get hold of customer service. And they take ages to reply to emails. Their products are lovely. But that’s where it ends. If they need fixing, altering, delivery on time. Just don’t expect nothing. They’re simply a horrible company.

Ive had an incredibly disappointing experience with this company. After ordering our wedding rings and paying a significant sum, they failed to deliver. Despite being stuck in production for two weeks, our wedding is rapidly approaching, leaving us stressed and pressured to find alternatives. Their customer service is virtually non-existent, with only AI-generated emails providing repetitive responses. After 26 futile attempts to resolve the issue, I had to resort to requesting a chargeback from my bank. My advice to anyone considering this company: steer clear and opt for a reputable alternative. It’s astonishing that such practices are tolerated in today’s era. Dealing with this level of stress is something I wouldn’t wish upon anyone.

Stone fell out after 15 months, not covered by guarantee. Won't repair or take accountability for shoddy product. Preying on loved up couples, go Glamira.

No respect for the customers. Almost a scam schema. They produce your jewel and maybe you will receive it, but the customer support is the worst. I received a ring with a scratched stone, and also needed a resize - I sent it back, using their provided courier code (I paid 10 euros), but they just lost the package. After some weeks seems like they found it, but still without my ring even after 4 months I sent it. The customer support (Kim) keeps delaying the service, always a different excuse e never a resolution. I feel like I lost my money. More them 20 years doing e-shop and never had a worst experience. I can't recommend this company, save your money and time.

Would advise all to stay as far away as possible from Glanmira as a company. The ring we ordered was a half size too small (M) so we resent back to Glanmira with a request to size up to (N). They then resized the ring down to an L instead! Kim from customer service then blamed the weather for the ring somehow getting smaller in the post. When trying to speak to the company you can only contact via e-mail and at that, it takes days to get a response from them. Their customer service is absolutely shocking and unbelievable when you consider the sums of money spent on their products, throughout the whole process you are left with complete frustration and anger. Avoid at all costs! I majorly regret using Glanmira

I purchased a couple of rings, as soon as I got the confirmation I realised that I put yellow gold instead of rose gold.. The price was exactly the same, however, When I emailed and left a message on the site, I was told that I couldn't change the metal colour....Even though it was 5 mins after placing the order... I was told that I have to cancel the order... I couldn't reorder as the 15% discount wasn't available twice.... The company wouldn't honour the discount.. and said the order wouldn't be cancelled for 2 weeks and then takes time after that for the refund!!!!!!! dreadfull service.. I could understand if it was in production, or was at a different cost,, but it wasnt

-Immediately said my order would be late, then refused to update the ETA on my dashboard. They legitimately tried to make me wait indefinitely (which is illegal in the UK). -I had a date in mind for a proposal and after a month and a half, they wouldn't even update their own site with a delivery date. If you're telling me "everything is fine with your order" and it takes 3 days to create, why's it been in processing for 40 days? -When I asked for a refund, told me they couldn't refund until it was delivered (which they still wouldn't tell me when it'd happen). -Customer service email just sends you copy and paste rubbish, and the phone line never answers or hangs up immediately. In the end, as I paid by paypal, I got a refund via there. In the UK, if an item isn't delivered within 30 days it voids The UK Consumer Act of 2015. Screenshot everything and avoid this waste of time and anxiety.

Detta är så tråkigt att behöva skriva detta men alla måste bli medvetna om hur falsk företag Glamria är. Vi beställde två st förlovning ringar för över 8000kr. Det stod att leverans tiden är cirka en månad. Vi har nu väntat över 3 månader och ännu har vi inte fått våra ringar! Vi har skrivit flera gånger till Glamria via mejl eftersom telefon numret som dom har är ett falsk nr som man ej nå fram på. Gång på gång så lovar dom att ringarna är på väg och att vi bör ha tålamod.. sån tålamod som vi har haft ska vi inte ens nämna här. Dom uppgav ett falsk spårningsnummer som verkar inte stämma överens med någon fraktbolag. Vi har ringt alla fraktbolag som finns men ingen känner till denna spårningsnummer. Och vi har krävt att makulera ordern och få återbetalning men dom VÄGRAR att makulera eller göra en återbetalning! Så nu har vi blandad in ARN i hopp om att få tillbaka få våra pengar. Detta är en lång process och vi väntar fortfarande på återbetalning. Jag avråder alla som har tänkt eller vill beställa från Glamria (GÖR DET INTE!)

I am extremely disappointed with Glamira's incompetence and lack of professionalism. I ordered a ring on March 20th, and after 13 days, the ring hasn't even been produced. I was supposed to receive the ring by April 1st, and on April 2nd, the ring hasn't even been produced according to the customer service's response. I strongly advise against this brand.

Bad after sales service. Ordered 2 rings and they only gave 1 warranty card and 1 ring box. Totally absurd to think that we housed the rings together. Delivery supposed to be 15 Mar and got delayed till 24 Mar and almost late for my big day without rings. Seeking for an extra ring box as we do not stay together but the answer was negative...very upsetting.

worst experience ever placed order depends on the delivery estimate to take as a gift overseas on the day im traveling got an email that they need one more week for production never again on this site if i could put -1 star i would’ve done it

It's a scam. Ordered and paid for a birthday gift, a bracelet. Delivery promised for 21st March. No sign of it, no communication at all. No response. Seems like I've been ripped off.

I ordered a ring from GLAMIRA for my anniversary and the ring was expected to be delivered 1 day prior to my anniversary. They postponed that delivery by two weeks and it’s already been over two weeks and there is no update and tracking information. When I’m calling the customer support it stays on hold for hours and then the call get disconnected on its own and when I emailed customer support, in spite of several back and forth conversations , they are not giving any ETA and they are just saying its in production which I can already see on the portal.

I think money is gone, they keep extending the delivery dates and the status of the order is stuck in “Producing”. They are not even cancelling the order. Please dont shop here.

Nu recomand. Nu poti sa vorbesti cu nimeni daca ai o problema. Comanda mea trebuia sa ajunga pe 28...29 Februarie si a fost amanata de 2 ori. Acum ar trebui sa ajunga pe 7 Martie dar am o retinere ca va ajunge. Fugiti de ei!!!
