They are delivering damaged products. Later they refuse a refund. They ruined my engagement. Low quality, poor customer service. Stay away.

Worst customer service! I purchased multiple items in three separate occasions from Glamira. The first two purchases were fine. However, the jewellery box that was received on the last purchase was damaged. I sent them a picture and asked for replacement and I was told to discard the box since they would simply send me another. A few weeks after, when I contacted them again to know what happened to the shipment, I was told that the “relevant department” did not approve sending me a new box!!! If this is the service we get for the cheap jewellery box, imagine what happens when you have to return the actual jewellery due to defect.

I bought a ring 2 years a ago and I am very disappointed about the quality of the ring and also the customer service. I sent the ring 2 times for a repair and it came back with the same problem. Then I asked for a resizing, I sent the ring and it came back with the same size as previous !! Very poor customer service.

I bought an engagement ring and I paid quite expensive for a gold ring. To my surprise, the ring started to change shape just a few months later of my purchase. When the company was questioned about the ring, they said that "the ring experienced such deformation due to wear" I was wondering then, shall I buy a ring to keep it at home? Anyway, they want to charge me to repair the ring. Terrible experience, If you are thinking in buy a ring from this company, I will think twice.

BUYERS BEWARE of this MIS-MANAGED, UNRULY, IRRESPONSIBLE and CUSTOMER UNDERMINING Company!!! 1. MIS-MANAGED PRODUCT MANUFACTURING They guaranteed to me a shipping date and then kept sending emails about delays in manufacturing the product because they are taking extra care to ensure the product quality. Does this mean that in instances where they happen to meet the shipping deadlines, the product does not go properly through the quality-control process? Or, does it mean that they are so complacent and inefficient that they fail to build the "extra-care" quality-control time in their manufacturing and product scheduling process? And shouldn’t this “extra-care” be a normal business practice and reflected in their shipping time commitment to the customer? These are basic business elements and factors. How can a company that boasts to be in 70+ countries is run like an artisan “Mom & Pop” store? 2. IRRESPONSIBLE They charged me extra for expedited shipping & handling but failed to honour the committed of short delivery time. When I approached them about the product not being delivered at the committed expedited time , they refused to take responsibility. Their approach was of avoidance and passing the buck. The "Customer-Service" simply responded that it was the fault of the courier company and that I, the customer should follow-up with them. Well, it wasn’t me who chose the courier company. It is Glamira’s preferred courier company for deliveries. Yet when I had a delivery issue, it suddenly became my responsibility as a customer to run after the courier company as Glamira tried to wash their hands-off the issue. They took my money promptly for the jewellery order and then didn’t care if I received the order or not. It seems that either control procedures don’t exist or are not diligently followed at Glamira to monitor if their preferred courier service delivered the product. Glamira claims that the courier company is required to hand-deliver the order and get it validated with the customer’s signature. It’s been over 2 months and I have still not received the order. Obviously, there is no existence of my delivery confirmation signatures either. Glamira gave me all kinds of guarantees and assurances during the ordering process that the order will be delivered within 7 days. This included the acknowledgment of full refund in case I didn’t receive it on the scheduled time. When I didn’t receive the product after 2 weeks and reminded them of their promised commitment, their response was that shipping & delivery times are only an estimate and that they cannot guarantee a specific date. Now that was a big change in “stance”! How about the 7-days delivery assurance for which I paid an additional $50/-? Is “Business Ethics” considered optional in this company? 3. “CUSTOMER-SERVICE” Dept. - Which Actually Does More “DISSERVICE”. I requested for a full refund with follow-up emails. My request was declined repeatedly with reason that the case is being investigated by the courier company and that they cannot issue a refund until the investigation is complete. After a month, I received the same response. Does it take 1 full month for a courier company to discover the location of an order in their sophisticated computerized delivery pipeline or the fact that it was mis-handled leading to a possible theft? I don’t think so. I then pointed out to Glamira that I, as a customer shouldn’t be made to wait for non-delivery refund because of an internal investigation which is a matter between them & their courier service provider. Not surprisingly, Glamira again changed its stance. The reason of pending internal investigation was now changed to a pending approval by their Finance dept. In the multiple exchanges of emails between me & the Customer-Service Dept., I kept reminding them of their unfair customer-service. And the moment I warned them about possible repercussions including filing of complaint with the concerned govt. regulators, I was issued a refund of $50/- for the unfulfilled expedited delivery & shipping. For the product price refund, I was offered a product replacement or a store-credit. Considering my unpleasant experience with Glamira and their original acknowledgment of full purchase refund, I declined their replacement/ store-credit offers and insisted on a refund. From then onwards, I received 2 weekly emails stating the same reason of pending Finance Dept. approval. Thereafter, Glamira stopped to respond. Being fed-up with the dealing, I filed a dispute complaint through my bank with VISA, the credit card company that stands behind the purchases made through their cards. My bank/ VISA refunded the purchase amount to me promptly and ensured that they will take over this dispute claim with the merchant and that I don’t need to worry about it. The saying goes, “ALL THAT GLITTERS IS NOT GOLD” And I am saying, “ALL THAT GLITTERS ON GLAMIRA’S WEB-SITE ISN’T WORTH THE TROUBLE” !!! WHAT A NIGHTMARE !!! GLAMIRA – A BIG MISTAKE, NEVER AGAIN!!!

Glamira is scam. I ordered a ring and asked for resizing. I shipped it ten weeks ago, and have not received it yet. They said it would be delivered on May 2. Today, on May 2, they called and said ring is not ready. I asked for refund but they do not accept. No ring, no refund. What you call this business? I only call it a scam.

If I could give a zero, I wor. I ordered a 2x . I received the bra, it is so small I can't get it around my body. I am always a 1 or 2x. . I contacted glamibra for a refund the same day I received it. I got an email stating the can not take returns on the item I purchased. Don't buy from them. 100% refund is bigus

In short: No money refund received. Busy since January. Complaint My boyfriend bought me earrings in December. It was my birthday in January, but the earrings were not to my liking. He had put the earrings in a supplied box and did nothing with them, so he lost the white label that Glamira uses for returns. My boyfriend contacted Glamira and also sent the earrings within the return time. After months and months of waiting we still have nothing. No earrings and no money. I don't want the earrings and nothing has happened to them, but everything I try, nothing gets done. I call them every time and they indicate that my case is "high priority." In other words: you are being treated as a fool. This has caused me and my boyfriend a lot of stress and sadness. We've taken legal action to get our right, because we're not getting it. We sent an official letter stating that Glamira had 2 weeks to return the money. We keep being ignored and customer service is not doing anything either. She only says that she will continue and we hear nothing else.

This is actually a scam website. Despite what is said all over their site and other review sites. I was sent the wrong ring and it was engraved incorrectly. The customer service team asked me to send a clear photo of the ring without the sticker on. They then told me I couldn’t return the item because I had taken the sticker of. The lowest form of scum.

Scriu acest text in Romana pentru persoanele care doresc sa achizitioneze produse de pe acest site, sa va ganditi de 5 ori inainte de achizitionare. Am facut o comanda in data de 16 martie pentru un inel de logodna care nici in ziua de azi nu a ajuns, serviciul clienti nu are nici o treaba si sunt niste mincinosi, termenul de livrare este depasit cu cel putin 14 zile pana in prezent si la status comenzi apare inca in producere. SCAM ALERT! I recently had a disappointing experience with Glamira. I ordered a ring online and paid $50 extra for shipping to receive it by a certain date. However, it arrived nearly 2 weeks late without a refund for the additional shipping charge. When I received the ring, it wasn't what I expected and so I returned it well within the allotted 60-day period as per their return policy. However, Glamira disputed this fact and claimed that I returned it late. Additionally, they claimed that I had removed a plastic tag from the ring which made it ineligible for return. This policy was not mentioned prior to my return request or I wouldn’t have removed it. Glamira does not operate with integrity and will make up any excuse not to accept returns. Overall, my experience with Glamira was not great. Their customer service left something to be desired and their return policy is a scam. I have a return to Glamira that I haven't received even now, after 50 working days. It is about a ring movement and a stone finish because they sent me a scratched ring. I called every week but every time that lady told me “I don’t know, you have to wait” But how much?????? My entire life??? I just got engaged and I want to wear it. I will sue Glamira.

I would not recommend anyone to go to Glamira if they are going to buy jewelry. We decided to buy rings from Glamira as they have a large selection and you can make the rings the way you want them with the stone you want etc… When the rings arrived they didn't look exactly like the website, they were still nice, but the pictures on the website were much nicer. After just a few days, my boyfriend noticed that his ring was getting marks from normal use. It was Christmas and we didn't do any hard work, this was just normal use at home. My ring didn't get any marks, but I therefore treated it very carefully. I took it off when I showered, I didn't sleep with it, I didn't wear it when I got dressed etc.. still after 2-3 weeks the aquamarine that was on the ring disappears. None of the pins holding the stone had moved, the stone just fell out. We immediately contact Glamira who say they will not refund anything or help us with repairs. I have also written to their main office and several of the top in the company but all I get are "copy/paste" answers. I see several people on reviews have had exactly the same problem as us. Alone we are not strong, but we should go together! I see that the default answer for Glamira is lifetime warranty and generous returns? Okay, so why don't we get it? We want the full amount refunded, for both rings. We will proceed with the case if the money is not refunded. Glamira can contact me in Norwegian, English, German or French. Horrible customer experience, multiple excuses from each person i speak to, never reply to emails and do not come back to you with key information, even when promised. Missed delivery date by over 2 weeks - communication is nothing short of awful and now I can't even cancel my order...... even though I have not received it. DO NOT BUY FROM GLAMIRA. I was sceptical before I made the purchase, i'm not totally disillusioned. I will never order from this company again and will advise anyone thinking of it, not to do so.

It's a fraudulent company - i have ordered form them and they just keep promising to deliver but don't. In addition they sent an email with 300 customer details in big chain saying that there has been a problem with your order and blamed some other company - unfortunately for them more than 300 people could pick up their scam. To be fair some people later replied that they eventually got a refund/item delivered. I haven't been one from the lucky ones. Ruined Christmas. And then New Year. All that because they kept lying that order will be there any day. A month later on website it still shows" in production " and on emails/ober the phone they still keep saying it's gonna be here any day now. Just avoid.

These people are Bulgarian scammers. Please don`t buy from Glamira. The products are low quality and fall appart quickely. The ring for my wife fell apart after 3 months but they didn`t help. No refund, no repair, nothing. They call that user wear and tear...within 3 months. The ring was 430 euro...

Supplied a ring twice in the wrong size. I have emails from them to say that after the first time the ring was not resized it was reproduced. Despite saying they would refund me they now refuse as they claim the ring was modified. If it was reproduced then it wasn’t modified. Total scammers. Avoid at all costs. They will give any excuse to avoid refunding you. Have had to raise a complaint with PayPal. If that fails it will be the small claims court.

Ordered a christmas present at the beginning of December and delivery was due 15th December spoken to customer services every day since and no answer when my item will arrive and christmas has come and gone. To top it off they shared my personal details with over 300 strangers massive GDPR breach and they dont care beware dont use this company
