Ordered goods 2nd Aug all in stock,,received confirmation email...goods out of stock 4 th Aug all monies removed from my bank..and I awaited delivery...and I waited.. no emails.. 12 Aug I phoned customer services..after a lot of waffling I was informed my goods were not available Why was I not informed? She was catching up with the backlog..its an automated email not brain surgery! I requested that my money be returned and the balance of my goods be sent I received my goods on 15th..they were fine But I bought the identical ( logo and everything) asymmetrical Clyde tee-shirt in St Enochs on sale for half price £5 their original price £10...and this site wanted £14 plus postage,,Unimpressed

Delivery was very slow and I am still awaiting one item from my order. I have not been sent a estimated date for delivery of this.

I've ordered twice online and both times I've had to have phone conversations re my orders. The second time I ordered money was taken from my account but no goods were received. On phoning about this I was told they were holding all of my items until the souvenir Clyde was back in stock in December. Now while I knew Clyde was not going to be in stock until December I was really peeved to find out that I'd paid for goods in August but not getting any of them until December. I've not dealt with any company that's done that before. Especially as everything else was in stock. After my phone call I received everything but Clyde....in my opinion the way it should have been in the first place.

One disappointed grand-daughter, order confirmed but no information that it would not be fulfilled until I contacted them 10 days later despite them debiting my credit card immediately. I could have got items when I was in Glasgow if I had known. Item that was sent was delivered to wrong house.

Took far too long to arrive then when it did we were on holiday and the Courier put it in the recycling bin which was duly emptied so in the process of trying to obtain a refund!!

I am still waiting delivery of this order - it was supposed to take 5 days but after 10 days there is still no sign. Disappointed in the service.

I am writing this at the request of the company even although I have still to receive the goods I ordered. Service has been extremely slow. What does it take to put a lapel pin into a bag, stick an address label on it and post it. It was ordered (and the order acknowledged) on August 3rd, 11 days ago, and the person it is for is still waiting! Please don't tell me it's because of the volume of orders as other companies can do it.

I ordered stuff on 27th June and had to chase the order recently. It has only just arrived and not everything was there (but you did refund me). Not great service!

I ordered quite a few items on line to then pick up at the shop, but then 36 hours later when I arrived in Glasgow they did not have any of my order at all!!!!

I didn't think the hoody was of great quality. It looked a lot thicker and warmer in the picture online. The Glasgow 2014 graphic was not of great quality and looked as though it would fade quickly in the wash. Not worth £35.

I purchased a Closing Ceremony pin badge on 29th July. It arrived today, 11th August, almost two weeks later. If I order something from Amazon, as an example, it generally arrives the following day. Two weeks is simply too long. Then, I purchased a wallet on Friday of last week. On the final payment page a notification indicated that there was a problem with the card payment. Thinking that I had entered incorrect payment information, I slowly and methodically re-input the payment card details. Again, a problem with payment card notification arrive on screen. So, I thought it best to check the funds in my account to see if this was the issue. Imagine my surprise to discover that payment had been taken twice, and on checking my emails, I had also received two order acknowledgements for two separate orders of the same item. Not ideal, however since I can find a use for the second purchase I have not cancelled it. Poor screen information.

No confirmation email. No idea when it was dispatched. Even after email sent to advise was told confirmation email sent and still no email. Reply to my email chasing up said item due to arrive 13th and arrived on the 11th.

Be patient. Takes over a week to post things out. I assume this is due to volumes, but it would be nice to be kept informed. Be aware of high postage costs too.

I ordered two pieces of clothing a week after the games, clothing delivered and found the size was incorrect, so returned and placed order giving new sizes only to find my money has been returned as items out of stock and stock not being replenished, very disappointed indeed.
