No confirmation that order was on its way until I enquired where order was then suddenly it was all confirmed on its way. All arrived as ordered after this prompt

don't know Its still not here. Now a week late. only ordered online because insufficient stock at Games and we were there on Day2!

I didn't get a confirmation e-mail for 4 days, then when the package arrived two items were the wrong size and one didn't arrive

I successfully bid on a tent at £51.05. Only when I placed my order did I discover that I would have to pay £10.00 tax and £17.00 shipping for it. Where, I ask is it being shipped from Mars ??????? I live 20 mins from the city centre. These despicable shipping fees should be highlighted from the beginning not once you have won your item. So a tent I paid £51.05 for now costs me over £78.00. As a cast member at the Closing ceremony I find this is disgraceful. Glasgow you did us proud with the organising and the execution of the Games. You have now shamed yourself by ripping us off. I will make sure to let everyone I know not to purchase anything from your auction site. Yours disgustedly Gail Craig

not enough merchandise, travelled to Glasgow to the big store TWICE, couldn't get what I wanted, still no joy on line. no 3/4 yr old t shirts, no Clyde 15'' dolls. could only order one for xmas time, wanted these items for my grandsons birthday, lots of complaints about the lack of merchandise. also no one was selling scottish products - like tunnocks teacakes . snowballs etc. what a lost oppurtunity. mrs Cameron.

Very poor delivery times, it took over a week to arrive. Also discriminatory sale for Scottish people only, the 50% sale was only available in the Scottish store and not on line. This is clear discrimination and a racist attitude to other people such as the Welsh, English, Irish and people from overseas. How hey can be proud of this I don't know as they would be quick to complain if the English Olympics merchandise team the same!

Order was delayed as I ordered 2 T-shirts but only 1 was available, no e-mail to notify of order status. If I had not contacted Glasgow shop by phone order would possibly still be unprocessed.

Still waiting for items, don't know if this is normal or not. The website said 10 days for items out of stock 2-3 for items in stock, one of my orders was out of stock (so I expect 10 days) but the two bowling pins were stated as being in stock

I am very disappointed with the service from the Glasgow Games shop. I placed an order on-line on the 29 July for 1 off S08023-L and 1 off S08020-L. The Order Ref is GLASS013258 and both items were shown as IN STOCK. When I telephoned the help line to check on despatch on the 4 August, I was then told that the S08023-L was now SOLD OUT. No explanation was given as the why one had not been allocated for my order. But on my credit card statement both items have been charged to my account. I would appreciate your comments. Mick Foster

I ordered merchandise on 21st July as we were going to the games on 27th July. I received the order yesterday, 7th August. In addition to this, the cap is damaged and will need to be returned. This is really disappointing as we wanted to wear the items to the event. I am reluctant to return the items as they took so long to arrive and I am worried that I will not receive a refund.

I ordered a polo shirt which arrived promptly however the stitching on the label at the bottom of the polo shirt where a tab with the official motif is was only connected halfway across and as such the label is camping way from the polo shirt. This require re-stitching prior to wearing for the first time or it will rip.

In making my initial order on-line I never received email confirmation the order had been accepted despite being informed I would. My other 2 orders made on the same day were for some reason deleted from my basket. Telephoned the shop outlining the above and the order was taken over the phone with a promise I would receive an email acknowledgement as it was being sent as I spoke with the agent, this too never arrived in my inbox or indeed 'junk' box. Telephoned the shop again about the status of my orders as I had attempted to 'track' my order on the Royal Mail tracking system with the tracking reference given on the email received but this was rejected by the Royal mail website. I then called the shop again and was asked to confirm my email address which I did and lo and behold I received an email outlining the status within a few minutes. My initial order item, a Triathlon Pin has now been delivered despite being informed it was not due for delivery until 10th August. More that satisfied with the goods and I will put the initial confusion down to website Start-Up teething problems.

Hoody came and although one size bigger than I would ever order I couldnt even fit my head through, and the cuffs were far too tight. Called to get a larger size but not in stock so only option is to get a refund.

IF I had it I could give you a review on product however my review is based on the ordering and the shopping exp up till now. Only disappointment of the games was the shop really. After very long Q they had all bar one item...a magnet. Ordered inline 30th July, email confirmation received, money taken. Now 8th August, days after receiving it's on it's way email NOTHING! On email they gave me a track and trace number for Royal Mail.....RM says it doesn't exist! So still no further forward, emailed and still waiting on response. Obviously a magnet is such a LARGE item NOT?!?
