Use a proper delivery service - the Royal Mail, for example. Hermes are rubbish, and unlike the Royal Mail I can't easily pop along to my local sorting office if it's delivered while I'm out. My order was for a birthday present - at this rate I may get it for next year.

The item I ordered was showing as "in stock" on the website when I placed my order. I waited approximately four weeks for my order to arrive. I decided to contact by email and waited, "no reply". I contacted by phone and was told my item was no longer available and I would receive a refund. My husband is from Glasgow so I wanted a souvenir of the games not a refund. I was told that I had placed my order towards the end of the games (27 July). I asked if I could have an alternative product, I was then offered a slightly different product which I accepted and have now received. I waited because I thought that they would be inundated with orders and enquiries. If I had not contacted them when I did I could have ended up with just the choice of a refund. It would have been nice to have been contacted and kept informed of the situation. I have my order and enjoyed watching the games but for a total of £24.00 I would have expected better customer service. Elizabeth Waddell

The service as been well below what I would normally expect. I do appreciate that due to high demand a number of items were out of stock , but this was not made clear on ordering! I had to chase to get any responses and then they took a couple of days to respond On top of that items I had ordered and out of stock were now being offered at a considerable reduction ? A shame really as the games were great but the shop customer response and service is abissmal !

Having viewed the website before visiting the Games, I had a idea of what I wanted to purchase, but decided to wait until I was in Glasgow. When I got to the venue and went to the shop to purchase EVC ladies rugby shirt, I was disappointed to find that it was not available from the venue. A little annoyed maybe too as it was my understanding that I could buy from the venue. Not deterred, I decided to buy online when I returned home, which I did! I placed the order on the 28th July and once confirmed, I saw that 2 of the items I had ordered were out of stock presently and would be sent within 10-14 working days. Not a problem. However 15 days later I decided to chase my order as I had heard nothing. Only to be told that one of the items I had ordered ( the ladies rugby shirt, which was in stock when I ordered!) was now out of stock and were no longer going to be able to be produced. Why was this available when I ordered and as I had to wait for the Clydes and a polo shirt to be in stock, this was no longer available? The mans polo shirt which was out of stock at the time of order was also still out of stock and no longer going to be produced. The call operator just said to me, well I can refund the money for the items that aren't in stock or cancel the whole order. I do wonder if I had not chased my order, when I would have found out? So very disappointed in my experience of shopping at Glasgow 2014!

I placed an order during the games. It did not arrive. When I enquired I was told ladies polo shirt was out of stock and no more would be received as the games are over. The order was placed during the games so could have been informed rather than me having to enquire.

When i used the Glasgow 2014 shop to order t-shirts the website accepted my full order and was in full stock. When after a week of waiting for my order i inquired about it, i was told that some of the items i had ordered were no longer in stock so i have only received half my original order. Also the sizing is poor, I'm a size 12/14 and ordered a large t-shirt and it is tight on me and i ordered an age 9-10 for my 8yr old child and it is neat on him.

I was disappointed that , having made a purchase at your fabulous shop , the Harris tweed bag I purchased had very rusty metal rings on the handle . This was surprising as this was not a "souvenir shop " where stock may be around for ages but a "one off " for the Commonwealth Games . I loved the rug I bought .

I ordered and paid for items in the online shop on the 7th August. The money came out my bank account on the 8th of August. I have not yet received a confirmation email so have no tracking number, nor have I received the goods even though I paid for them a fortnight ago. You should not take the money out people's accounts until the goods have been dispatched. Very disappointing.

Disappointed as item selected was in stock yet appeared to take over 2 weeks to be delivered. Turnaround very slow and I needed to call to see when it would be dispatched.

Just arrived today. Cracks in the enamel of the key ring and enamel missing from parts of '2014'. Poor quality for the price and now in addition I have to pay postage for return. Most unfair.

One purchase made two weeks after first purchase arrived after two weeks, first purchase made on 22/7 has not yet arrived, although I have had word that it is in post and I have been given a tracking number. Unfortunately this should be a 13 digit number. I have a 14 digit number and cannot track. I am about to phone tomorrow to try to sort this out !
