“Very disappointed. Order 4 things, only ended up with 1. Took nearly 2 months to deliver. Information provided piecemeal with four different emails about the items that were not available even though the website allowed me to order and pay for them. Required me to chase order up. In addition the website lists lots of things that are then not in stock when you look at them. I expected better.”

“For a while I thought that my order had been forgotten/ was just not coming as I didn't recurve anything regarding it's status or location for over 6 weeks. This lack of communication was disapointing bearing in mind how much I paid for the item. It's not the best for but I'm not returning due to the poor service I got when it came through, at least it didn't take too long once it had been dispatched.”

“One item was out of stock, I wasn't told this until I queried why my order hadn't arrived although the debit has been passed to my credit card. If item was out of stock I should have been contacted straight away and offered an alternative before the debit was put through.”

“I ordered two items, one of which at the time was showing on order. The advice note claimed that in that instance, normal dispatch is 10 - 14 days. The money for both items was taken out of my account 2 days after my order. After 18 working days I sent an e-mail to enquire about my order only to be told that the item out of stock was no longer available and I would receive a refund. I wonder how long it would have taken to inform me of this if I had not sent my e-mail?”

“The poor rating comes from the availability of goods sold. Having ordered stock from the online store which stated in stock, only to receive confirmation email stating out of stock. Then having to chase after 3 weeks and then get credited for items which are no longer available. I would not have ordered if I had been told they were out of stock, as I may have chosen a different item.”

“E-mailed when order had arrived after 10 working days. Received reply saying order had been delayed due to one of the items becoming out of stock and that the rest of the order would be sent asap. How long does it take to find that an item is out of stock? Why were the other items not sent? Do not know if order has arrived as am now on holiday.”

“the onl;ine shop was not working correctly the first time I tried, which was the day I received the email information. I sent in a message to get this sorted and waited a few days for a reply. once I had that I was able to order, and luckily the item was still available;. I waited weeks for the delievery. so yeah I have the shirt, and it looks like its the one ive ordered, but the service surrounding the purchase was really bad. the shirt is for my mom, if it had been for me, I would not have even tried any further.”

“When I ordered the items it said they was in stock and would be dispatched within 3 days. Payment was taken straight away. After two weeks I emailed to require about my order to be told it had just been delivered and would be dispatched within 3days and deliver within 5. Took nearly a month for items to arrive (by which time I was on holiday so had to phone and arrange with courier to redeliver) . Would not have ordered if I had known it would take this long as two of the items were meant for gifts!”

“Initially we had terrible trouble ordering from the website, perhaps it was particularly busy with bargain hunters. The next day we managed to order four items, two were 'in stock' and two were 'on order'. We were suspicious that these 'on order' items would never arrive because why would they order new stock for what is effectively a closing down sale. Two weeks later, after hearing nothing, I contacted the Glasgow shop and was told they had been waiting for stock, a new shipment had arrived and, surprise, surprise, the items we were waiting for were not there. Had I known that these two items were never going to be available I probably wouldn't have ordered anything. I certainly don't appreciate having the wool pulled over my eyes and overall it's been a pretty poor effort by the Glasgow 2014 shop.”

“Ordered a few this call things a while ago (early August). One was out of stock, and the order was waiting for that to come in. I called after a month to be told that back orders wouldn't be fulfilled now - this triggered the rest of the order to be sent - with a refund to be processed. If I hadn't called I don't know when the order would have been dispatched. No option given to substitute the item, so when I went back online to order something else I've had to pay the delivery charge in full again. First parcel now arrived but order from 2 Sept still outstanding although dispatch was due within 5 working days. Invoice doesnt reference payment card (even last 4 numbers) so not sure if refund has been processed either. V disappointing.”
