“Just to let you know I am not very happy the courier website does not show alot of information it has been around 5 days a little more than that I have still not received my delivery which I am very upset about because I preordered this August time during the games when I may aswell of purchased one from the games people. I am not happy at all. ”

“My package arrived . But the Clyde doll was very poorly packed. It arrived in a blue plastic envelope with no bubble wrap ,and was bent out of shape.Would it have hurt you to out it in a box ? I was able to straighten it out,but I find it cheap that you couldn't have posted it in a box. London 2012 did. Or was it just the fact you wanted to rush these items out.”

“The fact that you'd run out of Clydes was understandable, and getting more produced very sensible but the time taken to deliver is poor. I was led to believe these would arrive in plenty of time for Christmas; its now too late to send one to Australia and I can no longer send one to London with my sister (she left today). To cap it all you ask me to review a product before I've actually received it!!”

“Product late. Which was mentioned it would be a December delivery, but it stated money wouldn't be taken until delivery. This wasn't the case the money was taken when order was placed.”

“I purchased items in August but had to wait to delivery in December for 1 item and in December not only are they late in deliver , now I am told one of the items is now out of stock. Which was not when I paid the money for it!”

“Ordered Clyde in August as a pre-order and money was duly taken from my account. Had a few emails to say Clyde would be landing on 1st December. Up to time of writing this email on 7th December the item has still not arrived. I am a bit disappointed that delivery has taken so long hence 2 stars.”

“2nd dealing with this retailer - 1st order they couldn't supply & eventually refunded after a few weeks of chasing. This order wasn't much better - although they did supply this time, again I had to chase them to get delivery.”

“I thought communication could be improved. e.g., acknowledging my order by email, by letting me know that items I'd ordered were out of stock (to allow me to choose alternatives rather than you losing the business) and to tell me when to expect my order (I have waited almost two weeks now and still not received). This is a wee bit disappointing given the positive way in which the commonwealth games were portrayed and given that I choose to support this well after the event for that very reason.”
