“The windscreen fitter called me to confirm the time of arrival. Set up a tent over the car as it was raining. The windscreen was fitted quickly with no problems. The fitter did a great job. Would certainly use One Call Glass again.”
“Did not attend on booked day, called to inform me that fitter would not be attending, kept changing the excuse for why they wouldnt be coming, the booker then went on to repeatedly tell me how busy they are and it would be 2 weeks before they are able to attend to fit screen. On day of the fitting the fitter arrived and told me how lucky I was that he had attended and that he was about to leave without fitting the screen, this was because the booker hadn't left a note to explain where the hospital I work in is located as he had not been able to locate it with the postcode. Total lack of customer service.”
“I reported the crack in my windscreen on the 24th of November. The closest appointment to fit was the 10th of December ! I think that is an unreasonable amount of time to wait . Luckily I have another car to use because I didn’t want to risk the screen shattering completely. Whenever I have had a broken screen previously with other insurance companies, they managed to book a replacement much quicker . The fitter rang me 20 minutes before turning up and completed the job quickly. So no complaints about the fitter or the quality of his work but I am dissatisfied with the amount of time I had to wait to get the work completed.”
