He’d only replaced the front one a week earlier after the same ‘kind’ nondescript took a heavy object to smash the windscreen! He was professional, caring and very polite! Ryan who had sorted out the debacle which One Call had made of the claim in the first place and Scott went some way to renewing my faith in there being individuals who didn’t want to make a stressful incident worse. OneCall Glass were everything that OneCall Insurance were not!”

“Stone chip repair. OCG had to cancel my first appointment and could only give me one a month away when I was coming back from holiday so I said I would be available after 1300. The man turned up at 12 when the car wasn't back. Luckily he could go to another job and come back. In the end he did a good job. However given the difficulty in OCG giving me an appointment I will just pay for a repair myself.”

After being passed from “pillar to post” for over 50 minutes when all I wanted to do was organise a replacement rear windscreen which had been vandalized. Ryan did in just over 10 minutes what I’d been begging at least 6 different operators to do, but no I was just passed to another dept until I was fortunate enough to be answered by Ryan! He did exactly what needed to be done and my car is finally booked in!”
