“Vert good service provided by employee who attended my property. Efficient and polite and job completed to a hight standard. Unfortunately though the time band for attending was adjusted from pm to am which was inconvenient given I work mornings. Luckily I was able to work from home and my husband delayed going out to ensure someone was available the whole time. I was told I could change the date but that would have delayed it further and I was worried about driving before the work was carried out.”

The fitter was such a nice guy, friendly and so professional. He didn’t waste all time and was on the job straight away he said it would take roughly 1 hour 30 minutes., but I’m pretty sure you got it done really quick if I’m not wrong I would say something like 30 minutes to 40 minutes.. you done a brilliant job absolutely perfect, ended up making him a cup of tea and had a really nice chat with him, this fellow was a real credit to one call glass, on one call should be very grateful to have it as the face of the Company, he’s a kind of guy that goes above and beyond just to provide the service with the biggest smile on his face ever.”
