“Wow what an experience from start to finish. Hubby and I had our eyes tested with GFL, which is a relatively new service from them. This service was very efficient and since receiving our new glasses very accurate! I have been using a large high street company for eye testing and glasses and have always had problems one way or the other, but since using GFL both of us have always received a first class service. The offices are first class and Tina and her team are experienced, efficient and effective and I must also mention the coffee and cakes were not bad either. I have a difficult prescription but since using GFL have not had any problems I am now able to see and read labels without having to lift up my glasses to see the small print. The only problem is now I can see that my windows need cleaning!! GFL a big thank you from us both, you have a first class business and we are both glad to have seen you develop from a small online business to the company you are now and I am sure you will continue to grow Many thanks Mick and Leo”

“What a fantastic professional service. The whole experience was totally painless. The advise was very professional & I was put at ease & did not feel that extras were being recommended for GFL profit. For the first time since I started with my sight problems 2 1/2 years ago my vision is as good as it can be & I feel my eyes are fully protected against the elements. I did not use the internet/postal service, I live close enough to visit the business. I ordered two pairs of specs, one single vision for driving which were ordered on Wednesday & were ready by Saturday. The second pair were a more complex varifocal with 'Extra Active' Reactalight lenses, but they were ready in the stated time. I have already recommended GFL to friends & family. John Britnell”

“This is my third visit to GF&L, the lastest order being for re-glazing and on each occasion everything has been very straightforward with great communication and great value, even a little note from Amanda to say thanks for the biz, I'm sold on GF&L and online glasses.”

“Just received my new glasses, got to say that after wearing glasses for the last 30yrs they are a revelation. Best vision I have ever had since using varifocal lenses, reading and distance comes so naturally with these, quality is exceptional. “I had a question about the glasses I wanted to order, and the team were able to answer my question over the telephone promptly and politely. I ordered them on the internet once I'd got my prescription done. The glasses are great and it wasn\'t to tricky to get them adjusted around the ears. Thank you very much!”
