“I was recommended to this site by a colleague, as their offices are on the same site as my own. I thought I would give it a try, not really holding much expectation. I assumed there would be limited choice, and standard \"cheap\"" frames. How wrong could I be?! Amazing choice of frames”

“We would have been happier if they could have provided an optician to supply the prescription. We are of an age where we feel uncomfortable having a prescription done and then not ordering glasses. It also means we have to travel somewhere to have our eyes tested. Finally if there are problems with the new spectacles there would be only one point of contact - are the glasses wrong or is it the prescription? We are old and therefore have a different view to younger customers but you did ask.”

“Quality of product is excellent. Most comfortable glasses I have ever owned. Excellent service and loved the personal, hand written note that came with order. Most helpful in answering my email queries regarding various choices and confirming lens heights, etc. Would liked to have received progress emails though - eg. order received, lenses in laboratory being made, ready for dispatch, etc as I was really looking forward to receiving my glasses. Considering the distance (UK to Australia) the order did not take very long at all. Thanks. You are really great.”
