“I took the CompTIA Network+ course. I found it to be a nice layout and a plethora of resources available, including an electronic textbook (not all classes from Global Knowledge include these for some reason), videos, lab environments, study notes, etc. It was truly a great experience for that. Ray Lugo was my instructor and he was involved with the class, was personable, included points that really need to be well-known for the exam, related course topics to real-life scenarios which was helpful in understanding the topics. He has a good voice for learning and doesn't drone on. I like the course a lot. As a note, there is not enough time to complete all practice labs in the time given in the course. The course time is filled up in a great way, but the labs for example take a long time to complete (estimates are almost 24 hours!). It is nice to pay for instructor time and not time you can dedicate yourself to practice though”
