“This was my first Virtual training class. It was Awesome. I was able to chat & txt with instructor and other online class attendees (privately or in grp). I am a slow reader so the online materials work great after hours. GREAT instructor! My network had a few problems but other than that . Created a repeat attendee. thx!”

“Course: 222222L: ITIL4 Foundation My first experience taking a course via ‘Virtual Classroom Live’ and it was great! The instructor, Michael Link, was very knowledgeable. He used great examples and analogies to help me understand the material more effectively. Excellent experience! Definitely recommend doing a course with Global Knowledge!”

“The instructor was very thorough and extremely knowledgeable throughout the whole Security + prep course. The instructor provided a great week of learning sessions and provided all students in class with the necessary tools needed to prepare, study, and pass the Security + exam. Great sense of humor and made the class and learning experience very fun! 5 star rating!”

“Officially plunged head-first into Azure by taking AZ-300. Great course content. Brian Eglar the facilitator was fantastic !! He displayed extreme mastery over the content and subject matter and was managed to keep the entire class engaged during the entire period by making reference to real life with real life examples that resonated with participants. Will highly recommend this class.”

“Global Knowledge Account Reps are very engaged. Traylor was especially helpful. The instructors have always been knowledgeable and very thorough. There is always lab access for the classes I have taken as well as class playback for most courses for up to a year!”

“Global Knowledge has impressed me as a knowledge provider. I took a course (AZ 103) and they have made the experience nothing short of amazing. I had the option to dive into a virtual training vs. a traditional physical training. This was very lucrative as all my training have been in-person and the option of doing it virtually certainly took the edge off of driving into a formalized training location. The content and the delivery of my instructor (Howard) were a pleasure to be with. From the delivery of concepts termed as modules, as well as hands-on training have been an excellent resource for me to fall back on in the near future. I have gained an advanced level understanding of different modules in Azure that I never would dare dive into.”
