“Great Active Directory (AD) and AD certificate services (ADCS) material covered in "IDENTITY WITH WINDOWS SERVER 2016 (M20742)" class! Finally found a class that does a good job covering ADCS.”

“I would recommend Global Knowledge because they are organized, exceedingly detailed, and have an abundance of courses to select from, not to mention how reasonably priced the courses are. They provide the perfect amount of assistance with the advancement of personal and career-driven skills. The instructors are upbeat and exceedingly knowledgeable in all areas of the course, which is refreshing. If any questions arise, they are attentive in addressing them and bring a sense of clarity to move forward. In my opinion, that is the best part is the interaction they create. The course material is packed with information that gives a sense of achieving success. There is never a doubt that one wouldn't have the ability to pass an exam with how much information is taught. I know I'm excited about future courses and can't wait to start the next session.”

“I took the Level 3 MSWord course. Warren was an exceptional instructor. I didn't think it was possible to become enthusiastic about an application that I have been using for about two decades, but his enthusiasm for the tool and its functionality were infectious. He delivered the course at a great pace and tailored the material to the individual student expectations wherever possible. Pleasant, patient, and thorough - couldn't have asked for better. “From the moment that I enrolled in my first course with Global Knowledge, I was taken care of by their fantastic Customer Service team that answered any & all questions that I had about the course I was planning to take. From reassuring me that all necessary programs were provided on their platform (so I didn't have to purchase the programs for myself) to switching my course date to a more convenient time- their Customer Service team made this ALL possible for me! This is my time dealing with Global Knowledge & have completed my first course with a phenomenal impression of how the company & courses are run! The instructor I had (Salma) was ABSOLUTELY amazing- so patient & willing to help, making sure that no student was left behind through all the topics that she had covered! I'm not great with computers & always felt overwhelmed when trying to work with the programs that everyone else is familiar with BUT after having lessons from Global Knowledge, I feel so much more at ease with the computer programs that overwhelmed me in the past! Fantastic job, Salma & team @ Global Knowledge! I'll be taking more courses from you in the near future!”

“Ali did a good job keeping the class engaged over the course of the four days. As a visual learner, I think adding closed-captions and video/image examples would be a great way to boost retention. Overall, I am extremely motivated to continue studying & pass this exam!”
