“I took the ITIL 4 Foundation course this week and it was very informative for my purpose of taking the course. What made the learning a great experience was the instructor (Barry Faibish). He was phenomenal and made the learning so much easier to follow and understand by using pictures, stories, videos and real life examples of events for both himself and the class and linking that to ITIL. He was patient, detailed oriented and thorough with his teaching and explanation and made the learning fun. A big thank you to Barry and Global Knowledge for having instructors like Barry. It was my first time taking a course with GK and i will certainly consider them for the next course :)”

“Great Place to Learn technical Stuff - I took two courses from Hypervisor side and it was great. Their teaching staff are awesome :) I loved the two courses that i took (ESXi and Hyper-V)”

“I took ITIL4 Foundation training class with Global Knowledge this week. It was the best training class. The instructor (Scott Rose) was great in explaining the concept; provided us with guidance on how to answer the practice exams correctly- explaining why the wrong answers were wrong. If you would like to get ITIL4 certification, train with Global Knowledge and you will not regret it.”

“I am extremely satisfied as the training course taught me a lot of shortcuts, formulas, pivot tables, sorting and filtering big data files, so I can use in my day to day tasks and utilize my time efficiently. I would highly recommend the training Manager Bruce McVicar, as he was clear, concise and patient.”
