“A group of us attended the class room course on fundamentals of Power Bi expecting a practical beginners course on Power BI. It turned out to be a 2-day demo of the capabilities of Power BI with no structure on how to work with Power BI (best practice, do's and dont's, etc.). We learned more from free YouTube tutorial from Microsoft, Enterprise DNA, Guy in a Cube or Curbal. Imagine, there was 7 of us… total waste of money.”

“Hi, I took this course (Project Management). This course was tailored to my needs and my objectives were met. The trainer (Yven Bastian) was very good and knowledgable and delivered the training which made everything easy and simple. “This training was very convenient. We got a discount which made my company happy. GK followed up right away and made registration and confirmation easy. The virtual class setup is great, minimal requirements and it works great. Very minor issues so it was smooth.”

“Took 6683L - Microsoft Project Level 1 with instructor Kelvin Murray. Excellent course, I had zero experience using this software and after the two day course feel confident that I could use this in a work environment. Instructor was very thorough and easy to understand. I will definitely look to Global Knowledge for any future software training.”

“I'd like to update my previous review which I left 1 star because of the course cancellation and invoice issue. My course was finally re-scheduled to March 10th. My in-person contact with the front desk staff and my instructor Chrissy at Ottawa downtown office changed my view on this company. The reception area, kitchennett and classroom are clean and tidy. What impressed me and probably other students was that GK serves morning and afternoon snacks (cookies, fruits, coffee, tea, etc) that look very fresh. Most important, my instrutor Chrissy knows very well what she teaches. She used plain English and spoke clearly to make sure the students could follow her. I have recommended GK to my coworkers and one of them said he would like to register for a level 2 Excel course. Thanks GK and Chrissy:)”

“Plenty of concern from some of my peers not going to training directly from the manufacturer. GK is on top of this. Their connections with their business partners in bringing top notch training remotely anywhere in the world.”
