“Jim Aragon was our instructor for "TROUBLESHOOTING TCP/IP NETWORKS WITH WIRESHARK". Despite using Wireshark for 20+ years now Jim taught me new skills with the tool each of the 5 days. I had previously used it to solve short term needs, but the skills I have added will allow me to dig deeper and/or present my findings with comprehensive test results and charts/graphs. I have had extensive technical training dating back to September 1980 and Jim ranks with the top 3-5 instructors I have ever had. The course material was spot on for my level and the Zoom environment far exceeded what I thought an online experience was going to be like. I am extremely pleased that my Engineering Manager allocated the budget for me and several of my colleagues to attend this class.”

“My instructor Mrs Wren was fantastic enthusiastic, professional, inlcusive and really helped the class focus on the areas needed to understand principles of ITIL and pass the exam. She also used real life examples to relate to different situations to help understand the material better. The video was solid, never failed and audio communication was solid as well. One of the best online courses ive taken.”

“Global Knowledge makes learning very easy. The SharePoint Online For Site Owners course material is very useful, helped me to understand the basic creation and manipulation of SharePoint sites. I started the class with very little knowledge on SharePoint but with an instructor that was informative, knowledgeable and very helpful, I feel much more confident using SharePoint.”
