“The Global Knowledge instructor led week-long course far exceeded my expectations. Our instructor Baula Hanna not only covered the materials but gave his own personal insights, real life examples and also questioned/challenged the class to come up with solutions to issues. The dialog and whiteboard drawings only enhanced my learning experience. I'm excited to take my certification exam and have the confidence that I will pass due to the strong foundational understanding of the technologies that were thoroughly covered throughout the week long course.”

Hassam was interactive, patient, understanding and provided several real life examples to better understand complex information, methods and terminology.
