“I love the ease and ability I had to learn from the comfort of my own home from a very knowledgable and very competent teacher. I really enjoyed my teacher's professionalism and my IT representative's ability to help me through all the courses I am taking. “I had a fabulous experience from initial course inquiry, payment process, online registration and course delivery. I took the Advanced Automated Administration with Windows PowerShell (M10962) course. An absolutely fantastic course! I learned a lot from this course. Instructor Derrick Sobrien delivered the course through a virtual live classroom, he is a real subject matter expert. He is very knowledgeable, worked at a good pace, and, most importantly, he was very good at communicating with all the attendees and ensuring questions were answered. I learned things that I did not know about advance Powershell, including how to do something more immeasurable than I have been. I will be looking into taking more training courses through Global Knowledge in the near future. Thank you!”

“CISSP Prep - I like the instructors delivery of the material. I was very easy to listen to and helpful for taking in the information. I found her to be very knowledgeable of the source material. The GK staff was very helpful in getting the class scheduled and accommodating of changing to online training as well as getting the study materials delivered.”
