“The trainer was very knowledgeable and gave good examples when explaining different theories. The one thing that I didn't like was the sales pitch at the end of the final session before the exam. I know he was asked a question, but the question shouldn't have led directly into selling the next steps up for ITIL and 20 minutes going over what you'll learn if you take the next course. I was trying to concentrate on remembering the last parts of the course that we had just covered and didn't want to fill my head with different facts, which was demonstrated by the results dropping off dramatically for the final part of the course. But otherwise, it was very good and very well presented.”
“Our trainer presented with great knowledge and enthusiasm; building on the standard course material with real life examples. The Old Broad Street venue was clean and comfortable.”
“Overall I felt the training was delivered poorly. It was confusing due to so much jumping around the material, the review questions at the end of each section did not reflect what we had just covered. I feel that the training has not prepared for taking the certification exams which is concerning.”
“training course was poorly structured and lacked focus. There was very little to zero interaction and engagement between the instructor and the attendees”
“Great service from our Account Manager, Penny, making sure I had everything I needed during the booking and in the run up to my course as well as a follow up to make sure everything went well after and that I had the post course materials.”
“The instructor, Peter, was fantastic. He did an outstanding job covering the material. He presented the material in way that was easy to follow along and understand.
Karen Fincham was very professional and friendly. As a student, she was the first person I encountered when I attended the course. She set the tone for a very good week at the training center.
Good Job!”
