Good pre-course information, good set up for virtual classroom

The instructors I've had for the 2 courses I recently attended were clearly very knowledgeable about the subject matter (AWS) and were able to give valuable opinions and real-world examples

The Lecturer was very good What was disappointing was that I was told the LABs would be available for the rest of the week (the course was just 18-19DEC Monday and Tuesday) but they weren't. I reported to Global Knowledge but still haven't been granted access

- to much content for 2 days (needs in minimum 5 days) - was to theoretically - more example would be helpful to compare PMI-PM and Agile-PM - so I can't use it in my daily work

Extremely friendly staff, but poor facility and test was paper-based, not computer-based (ITIL Foundation).

Only thing that made me happy is support and prompt reply from Alice and trainer Mr.Duncan however the virtual class room session was not good at all. It was disconnecting all the time and some time it took long time to reconnect. I missing many chapter due to that.

Resold Radtac training was excellent, but Global Knowledge didn't inform us that they were not the actual training provider and reception didn't recognise "Global Knowledge", leading to some confustion.

Work on enhancing the virtual trainings because the tool in-use is terrible. The audio recording cuts by 50% of the time.

The course I attended was out of date and many of the labs didn't work. The web connection was very slow for the first 3 days which made the whole thing even more painful. The trainer was good but I felt him having to deal will the many issues we had. Even the questionnaire at the end didn't work!

I didn't book the course myself, but communication with me was fine.

I think I partly got what I expected from the course. I got some ideas re how to attack the exam, but very little on specifics.

Facilities were clean and created a relaxed learning environment with the added benefit of having the ability to choose your lunch each day rather than having a standard lunch for everyone to pick at.

1. The course joining instructions were ambiguous, resulting in one employee travelling from Amsterdam to London to a location where he thought he was getting on-site instructor-led training, only to find that site was a remote video link into another UK location - which he could have done directly from Amsterdam without any travel!!! Another employee had travelled to the same site also under the same illusion. Not good enough. Clarity over whether the course location delivers an in-person or virtual experienced needs to be improved. 2. The multiple windows of the Hyper-V environment used for the labs was very difficult to navigate making it a source of irritation and frustration. This distracted from the learning experience. 3. Some of the labs just did not work for some attendees - the debugging was a useful extra-curricular experience but in some instances the "errors" could not be overcome - even by the instructor - the VM environment being used cited as the major contributor . (1), (2) and (3) are the reason why this course is marked down. 4. The instructor was excellent. 5. The course content and the concepts behind the labs were excellent. 6. having been through to the end of this review once, I find it is geared to providing nice "happy" answers. A more objective setting of feedback questions would have been appreciated, hence why all this text is placed here - there's no other placeholder to feedback what one really thought or got out of the investment in this course.
