The content of the course was appropriate, but the explanations seemed a bit chaotic at times, lacking in structure. It was obvious that the instructor had the knowledge and the expertise but his lessons could benefit from some pedagogy. I could not follow his train of thought sometimes, and asking questions didn't help.

Overall I felt the training was delivered poorly. It was confusing due to so much jumping around the material, the review questions at the end of each section did not reflect what we had just covered. I feel that the training has not prepared for taking the certification exams which is concerning.

training course was poorly structured and lacked focus. There was very little to zero interaction and engagement between the instructor and the attendees

The actual Trainer was very good, however, the training material was not available on day 1 of the two day course, details of included association membership were not available until after the course had completed and promised physical copies of the required further study materials were not forthcoming and have been provided electronically which is poor for a 300 page book. This has been raised and a response is awaited.

After the second day the instructor had a back problem and the rest of the course was given online from his home. Do not want to put the blame on the instructor, these things happen, but I had chosen the training in London for a better learning experience.

While the instructor was excellent - one of the best I've experienced - the performance of the virtual lab infrastructure was so poor that it was impossible to complete the labs.

Language barrier with the trainer.

Training was pitched at the wrong level for the audience and planning of the event had not taken into account the requirements of the trainer and available technology. This meant that much of the content could not be done by the delegates.

Throughout the 3 day course duration I didn't have access to a lap top or PC due to technical problems at the course centre meaning the course did not meet or fulfill my expectations!!

The trainer just read from the book , was monotone in his delivery .

Although the presenter (Les Tabernacle) is clearly practiced in his training. I found the constant anecdotal stories and play acting detracted from the teaching in the course. Out of 6 that took the course I understand only 2 passed and those that did were just above the pass mark.

Whilst the trainer was brilliant, I do feel the amount of information prior to attending this course was very poor. Whilst I had a few emails, they were not easy to follow and were not clear that on the day, I would not be given a printed copy of the course material and had to get it digitally prior to arriving. As this was not done, it kind of messed up the first half of the first day whilst I scurried around trying to get signed into all the various external sites I needed accounts with and apps loaded onto my iPad (which is lucky I took it as I wasnt going to!) in order to ust get the course material. Whilst I do appreciate a lot of this may not be within your control, the fashion in which this information wa spresented to me could of be much clearer.

The trainer was very nice, he was trying his best and was friendly. However, I can't say the course itself was very engaging. I'd prefer more of actually using the software, rather than just watching someone else use it. (Might as well have used YouTube.) There were quite a few technical glitches, which didn't help. Also I kept being told I'd been sent instructions that I hadn't been sent, probably because you had the wrong email down for me first of all. It would be nice to just be sent the instructions rather than being told I'm in the wrong.

Connection problems on the lector side + my opinion is that the training should be something more than just reading the PPT

Attended a Comptia A+ (acelerated) organised by my employer - The room was too small -and we were cramped on a table with hardly any room to write notes as there was little space between myself and the next guy. The laptops were never user and no lab work was undertaken as promised prior by my employer and GK.The week was spent just sat round the table while the trainer did his best to skim through a huge book on 901 - We hit mid week and 902 was rushed. The trainer tried his best to show things off his laptop onto the display -but those further away including myself could hardly see anything on the display -The trainer seemed to know his stuff but was under that must time pressure had to rush through everything I came away no wiser having had no time to consolidate or do any of the lab work etc -If it was about readin a book I could have done it at home or on the web. And to add insult to injury my employer has told me i need to sit the exam within 2 weeks - THIS IS BULLYING and any training division should advise cooperations to not book exams for trainees in this manner Dissapointed

The scope of he training was not clear. The audience needed other kind of training, more focused in architecture, Vodafone solution...rather than configuring the system.
