“I had a great experience with Supreme Team Recovery. After struggling to get my money back from a fraudulent investment broker, they stepped in and guided me through the recovery process. Their professionalism and expertise made all the difference. I was amazed at how efficiently they managed my case and successfully recovered my lost funds. I highly recommend them to anyone in a similar situation! Contact them for help

“Stay away from global knowledge. They have fallen off a cliff in both customers service and class quality. They rescheduled a class 4 different times before they had it. Low attendance isn't the full of the customer you already took money from.
Class quality has also defended. Three day classes are now two day classes and the classes aren't evenong enough to finish the course material. You are left with labs and no one to talk to
Also the lab times have been shrunk. You used to get a month of labs after. Now you get 24 hours.”
“Worst training experience I've ever had. Didn't send the required course materials before hand. The course materials were out of date. Had to spend half a day doing things like installing Chrome and Office on the virtual machine. Instructor spoke quietly and mumbled.”
“Would give less stars if I could.
Trainer was clueless at times. Different information on slides provided compared to trainers slides, clunky platform where downloading documentation is a nightmare and has massive watermarks and is blurry, didn't get sent the correct documents and a workable PDF until 2 days into a 3 day course, outdated documents sent, blooms level 3 questions not shown how these should be answered or given enough detail to answer these - absolutely ridiculous.
Failed the exam due to the lack of information provided in the slides.
Absolute waste of my time and there should be some sort of exam result appeals due to poor training and documentation.”

Hello,
From the end of 2020 until today, I have done 7-8 translation jobs from Serbian to English and even one proofreading job. I signed a contract with you, MSA, in March this year and at the end of 2020! I
made some translations for you. Not all the jobs I did are listed in my PO. To this day, I have not been paid a penny for anything (not for big money, under $ 100). I addressed everyone I worked for, Priyanka,
Ashwini C., Kayha H. Puskar T., Kavitha J ......, provided information about the work done. They never answered me, mostly without a word about the payment. Not to bother you, it's a shame to ruin the company's reputation in the mud for $ 100. This is the third time that Indian companies have deceived
me. It may not be significant money for you, it is for me because I lost my job due to C-19 disease.
I need that money for medicine, among other things. So please read this and I expect nothing more from your company, and since we have a signed contract, I will enforce my principles and rights in a lawful manner,
if necessary.
Thank you for your time

“Instructor doesnt know the material himself and is not in a position to teach someone else. Waste of time and money. He tried his best but you cant teach something if you dont know it. Course is Cisco SD-WAN (April 21). I refuse to attend the remaining of the course. I want a refund or some compensation.”
“BEWARE!!! If I could give them negative stars i would. I tried them out for Cognos training --which their website says they have quite a bit of. They do not. But, I get to find out only after they have already charged my credit card that they never really did have the training. It's supposed to be a re-direct to the IBM site. But it doesn't work, and they blamed it on IBM. Ok fine, just credit back my card and i'll be on my merry way. After 4 months, and endless e-Mails and calls and promises that the credit will be applied in 24 hours and 48 hours.. and next Monday, etc etc... I still have no credit to my card. I have filed a complaint with the California Attorney General, and have had to go back to my CC in order to dispute the charge, something i should have done on day 2. I may have lost 720 USD. Stay away from this scam organization.”
We’re sorry your experience has not been what you expected. We will help get this resolved. Please email contact@globalknowledge.com with the subject line “IBM Cognos Training Reviews.IO.” Please include your first and last name , company name and email address. It will bring even faster resolution if you can include who you’ve already communicated with. Thank you.
“The course was quite shallow and didn't cover all of the material or expected content. The instructor made it feel like it was just something he had to get through”
“I have trained many times with Global Knowledge over the span of almost 20 years. My experience in the last two years is less than stellar. The instructors are decent, although the experience is terrible. By this, I mean that they constantly cancel the online sessions, in person session and when they are able to hold a class, the quality of the audio is terrible. When it comes to the labs, they still pair you up with a lab partner. This made sense when you were attending a physical class room, although online, it is a cluster! The last class I attended, there was no way for you to communicate with your lab partner without everyone hearing the conversation, which made for a less than conducive learning experience.
Due to the fact that the audio quality began poor, the replays (recorded sessions), although available for 12 months after the class are horrid!
When you mention any of this to their staff, they only read off a script that the training is dictated by Cisco, which for content is probably true, although they are unwilling to listen any longer.
I would highly recommend that you bypass the frustration of dealing with the poor quality of the training environmentI have trained many times with Global Knowledge over the span of almost 20 years. “I would give zero stars if possible. I did an online Power BI course and couldn't be more disappointed. Costed over £1k and 100x more value was delivered by a £10 Udemy course.
The material wasn't fit for purpose with vast amounts of content and detail missing.
STAY WELL CLEAR.”
Good afternoon, I am sorry that you feel your training was not as expected. The content was official Microsoft content that maps exactly to the exam. If you require extra support please do get in touch.
“CCIE - Written course - London Old Broad Street
1. Late starting the training every day.
2. Early Finishing every day16:15 – 16:30, we should be training until 17:00 as agreed, if it was a Friday then yea I would fully understand.
3. No trainer available on site after day 1.
4. Building evacuations on two different occasions due to Fire alarm testing, shouldn’t you have known about this. This was more wasted time.
5. Broken Air Conditioning, the temperature was in the high twenty’s up until the afternoon of the third day.
6. No training materials provided for the first two days.
7. Constant train noises and building vibrating.
8. Unable to connect to the virtual environment for a couple of hours.
9. The projector was broken and was fixed on day three, we had to put up with a flickering screen for three days.
10. Instructor answering his door and phone during training.
11. Instructor distracted from time to time.
12. Course cancelled on day four of five.
Extremely bad experience all around. I do not recommend wasting money on any expert level courses with this company.”
“I called this company to ask them a basic question about whether they offered testing, and I was hung up on 2 times! Every time I called they treated me like I was an inconvenience. What kind of company is it that doesn't know how to treat customers!?!?”
“Even though the teacher was a nice guy with basic knowledge, it seems he didn't have in dept knowledge on the topic. Teaching seemed limited to running through the Cisco provided course material.”
“I rate the overall experience 3/10.
Some of the main reasons listed below:
- On both days, the course started 40 minutes after it was supposed to, due to technical
problems which some persisted throughout the course causing disturbances
- The instructor asked us if we can arrive 30 minutes earlier on Tuesday as he needed to catch a flight immediately after. Very unprofessional.
- As a result, there was a general sense of rush to get on with the course and with any questions
- The course wasn’t as interactive as it was supposed to be. This is the only advantage of
physically being in a classroom
- On several pages of our lab exercises, there was watermark text covering the actual lab
exercise text, making it hard to read
- Some lab exercise diagrams were vertically placed on the document making them unreadable. We could only open the exercises with a specific PDF viewer as they were protected which didn’t include a rotate function”
“I was absolutely livid to learn on the first day of the course that the course was virtual and I was not informed of it. We have booked this course through GlobalKnowledge company, as it's a set up and approved training supplier at Greencore. I have specifically stated that I want to do the course in London and the class should be instructor led.
I was told that no courses are running in London in 2016 and one will be delivered in Stockport instead.
When I got to the classroom on Monday morning, I learned that the course is actually running in London, and I will be sat in the room by myself all week! To make matters worse, another delegate was sat on his own in Nottingham training centre, which was only 25 minutes from my house, rather than a 2 hrs drive to Stockport!
I am extremely disappointed about how this was all set up by Arrow/GlobalKnowledge, and the poor communication I have received from both companies. The course was due to start on the 24th of October and I only got a confirmation that I am definitely on it few days before (as the company reserves the right to cancel if not enough delegates are in the course). I had to contact GlobalKnowledge numerous times before the course start date and chase for joining instructions from them. If the course is led by Arrow, I don’t understand why Arrow can’t communicate with the delegates directly and keep them up to date with all the course details.
Because of such poor administration and communication, I feel that the overall course experience was really ruined for me. I was really stressed to find out on Monday that I will be sat on my own in the room all week. I took the initiative to come and join another delegate in Nottingham on Tuesday, meaning an unnecessary 4-5hrs drive on Monday to/from Stockport.
I still don’t think that virtual experience was as good as classroom based learning. The delegate in London didn’t have a microphone so we could hear what she was questions/comments she was making to the instructor, although Tarn has made an effort to repeat her the questions a lot of the times.
Happy with course content, but very disappointed with overall experience.
Kind regards,
Inga
