The amount content covered was poor. I feel like this would have been different if my teacher had not gone off course so often and for so long. But what I did learn was good.

Why have I chosen Normal and not more? I feel that the content was good and that the trainer worked to make us understand. Hwoever I often felt easily disengaged and lost in boredom. I strongly suggest that the trainer learns and starts using some tricks to have people feeling more engaged and try to make them happy to be there.. I KNOW IT IS HARD remotely.. but to be honest this needs to be done otherwise it's more or less lost time..... and I still have to learn on my own...

Interesting course, went a bit off topic at times but over all you could tell the trainer knew the course inside out. Could be a bit disoraginised at times and things were rushed at the end of the day I think to finish and get home.

The course promised so much and yet all we did was make our way through 9 or 10 chapters of the text book. The labs were limited and crammed into the last half hour of the day. Clive the course instructor was keen and knowledgeable on the subject.

Global Knowledge has sent the wrong details of the joining instructions for Booking Ref: 633563. I have been advised by our internal Training Coordinator that Radtac was in the process of correcting and sending amended instructions but never sent the amended instructions.

Hi Ira, I have been in contact with your Account Manager and have been told that this was sorted. It was an error made by RADTAC not Global Knowledge and they passed on their apologies. This information was passed on to Katerina Beckles. Regards Kat

I found quite difficult to remain engaged on the call: - the person delivering it was quite monotone. - my session kept freezing (problem at my end as other users weren't experiencing this). - he kept referring to a manual that none of us had (should we have received this? it's not available via our Learning Zone). - two hours on a webinar last thing on a Friday is a bit of a challenge.

The course is too extensive that is impossible to get all knowledge from it, but the main problem is the environment used to practical problems. It has a lot of gaps and errors that need to be corrected. The virtual environment is also avalable during te course and it is not possible to use it one the course is over, I really prefer the previous system that use Cisco PacketTracert. On the other hand Cisco used to privide a username/password for their students to get materials from their web, and nobody provide us with this logging.
