“My Macbook Pro died of disk failure. Was going to cost more to fix than it was worth. I was going to just recycle locally but discovered GoRoostr in a google search. Figure WTH, entered my info, got a FedEx label, sent it off and boom! $$$ to me, as quoted and quickly paid. So I sent them my old iPhone XR. “I am 100% delighted with my recent experience selling 4 iPhones to Go Roostr. From start to finish, the process went without a hitch, and I saved a significant amount of time and hassle vs. selling them locally on Facebook or Craigslist. I also feel like the amount I was paid was very fair. I called Go Roostr several times with questions, and every time my calls were answered promptly and professionally by a warm, friendly human being named “Steve.” Steve also sent email messages throughout the process, never leaving me any doubt as to when my phones had been received, when they would be processed, how much they were worth, and when I would receive the check. Furthermore, Go Roostr didn’t employ “bait and switch” shenanigans: the amount quoted on the website exactly matched the amount quoted when Go Roostr physically inspected the phones and exactly matched the amount of the check I received in the mail. “I've dealt with several companies in the past who promise to pay the best and then left me an a lurch once they got my computer and found out that maybe there was a ding here or something else there. In fact, I had a couple companies that changed their grading system on me after I had shipped them the computer. This is the only company that the price they offered is the price that they paid me, without question, and without delay. You really can't ask for anything more.”
