“I was skeptical that this wasn’t a legit thing but I had nothing to lose by sending my computer in. Happily enough, I received exactly what I was quoted over Venmo and pretty quickly after they received my computer!”

“I had a six year old MacBook Pro that I wanted to trade in and I came across Go Roostr after finding one other buying site difficult to navigate to the end. The process with Go Roostr was seamless, as I put in the serial number and then answered a few questions about condition. The website was helpful in describing exactly how to rate condition including how to find out the battery condition. The online quote came with a prepaid shipping label. Payment was made as quoted as soon as the laptop was received at Go Roostr. Communication through the process was great. I would highly recommend these guys and will use them again when I am ready to sell back another device.”
