“Amazing service all the way through. I received detailed instructions on how to pack my delivery, and a customized shipping label. I didn’t have to pay a penny, and when I had issues with PayPal on my end, Adam cleared everything up within seconds. This is an amazing company and I’m happy I came across them! 5/5”

“Admittedly, I was a little nervous at first because I like to do business face to face. The folks at Roostr made it very very easy to send back my MacBook, and things were extremely efficient. “Go Roostr made it easy to get an estimated value for my 12” Macbook that needed a new logic board, which I wasn’t going to pay for. In less than 7 days, I shipped my laptop to them on their dime, got an email when they received it, another email a day later saying they had evaluated the laptop and agreed with my description, and that a check was in the mail (with a tracking number). Bummed to give up my laptop but very pleased with my experience with Go Roostr.”
