“This was my second time trading in a device with GoRoostr, after a very good experience with a MacBook Air. This time it was 2 iPhone 11 Pro, and the experience was again excellent. Their prices are very competitive — often the highest I could find. I particularly like how well they communicate with you as a client. They are very polite, personal and transparent. And they paid less than 2 hours after receiving the devices. 100% recommended.”

“Not going to lie some of these "send us your phone/laptop/ipad for money" websites are kinda sketchy. However, my experience with Go Roostr was great. Gave me 209$ for an almost 4 year old Macbook that would not turn on due to water damage. This quote was over 100$ more than than other websites (except 1 other that was close). Some websites wouldn't even take it. I gave them the specs, they gave me a shipping label, shipped the box, got the money via venmo after a week. Nice and easy. Thank you!”

“Experience was amazing! I always trade in my old devices and this is the first time I’ve used Roostr and this was by far the experience I’ve ever had. Their communication beats any of the other trade-in places out there - they email you the day they receive your devices and give you a 24-48 hour window of processing/mailing your check. I got another email the next day that they were mailing my check out and they provided a USPS tracking number so you’re able to track it. I will definitely return to them in the future and refer friends and family whenever I can. Thank you!”

“I did quite a bit of research on where I could trade in my old MacBook after purchasing a new one, and ultimately decided to take a chance on Go Roostr since they were quoting me the highest offer and seemed especially hassle-free, even though I hadn't heard of them before (beyond several positive online reviews). It ended up being the best decision I could have made - the shipment process was quick and easy, they sent me an email the day they received my laptop, and by the next morning, I had received the full quoted price. Truly, I can't recommend them enough if you're looking for a company that is efficient, honest, and will give you the best price.”
