“I sent my MacBook that hasn’t been used in over a year to Go Roostr. They offered me a higher price than any other company. They send a prepaid shipping label (which is great!!) and tell you exactly how to pack your item. After my package was delivered to them, I received my Venmo payment with a few hours. Highly recommend!”

“These guys have been amazing every step during the process: They have higher offer price than any othe places I've checked; responsive and friendly customer service; and super quick turnaround. Here is my timeline for reference: I submitted the specs of my MacBook Pro on GoRoostr.com on 7/1 and received the instant quote and shipping label via email, and I dropped them off at the FedEx location on 7/3. The laptop was received by GoRoostr on Friday, 7/10 (I was on the West Coast and these guys are on the East Coast); Jon from GoRoostr emailed me around 11am PT to confirm having received my laptop, and by 1pm I've received another email saying they've completed processing my laptop and have printed my check for the full amount I was quoted earlier. The check arrived the following Monday on 7/13. Glad to be able to work with a small business who is honest and has great customer service. I'd highly recommend Go Roostr to anyone who is looking to sell their laptop!”
