“This is a great company. Communication is excellent. The price they offer for used equipment is very fair. The turn around was fast. The slowest part was shipping but during a pandemic it arrived within a reasonable amount of time. I will definitely use this company again for equipment sales and recommend them to others.”

“Sent in two MacBook Airs and Go Roostr shipped me a check with tracking within 1 day of receiving them, exactly as quoted online. Meanwhile I shipped 1 laptop to another company at the same time, and am still waiting for even a confirmation response while I’ve already deposited my check from Go Roostr. Definitely recommend for apple products, I wish they did laptops like Lenovo as well!”

“I wanted to sell my old MacBook Pro, so I browsed a few different sites before settling on GoRoostr. Out of the companies I received an initial quote from, they gave me the best offer. I was skeptical at first about sending off my laptop (I couldn’t fully wipe all of my files because the computer was basically on its death bed) but I read solid reviews about the company that made me feel more comfortable. They reached out to me first to confirm that they’d received the laptop, and then within a couple days confirmed that they would pay the originally quoted price. My advice would be to make sure you answer all the questions as accurately as possible so your final quote ideally reflects that. I would definitely recommend GoRoostr to sell your devices!”
