“Hadn't heard of the company, but felt fairly confident after checking out positive reviews on apple communities, google etc and their BBB verification. Confidence was further reinforced after I had some questions during the listing/submission process, and their real-person email support was (conversational vs outsourced robotic) quick and super helpful. Simple, efficient website and instructions, they provided a free FedEx shipping label, and they kept me updated throughout the process -- status during shipment, immediately upon receiving my laptop (with info re next steps and exact timeline) then again when they completed inspection and finally when payment came through to me (they offer multiple ways to get paid out).Whole thing took just days from start to finish. Overall a super easy transaction and the highest quote (by a significant amount) among the others I checked out. I highly recommend Go Roostr.”

“I waa nervous finding them off google because my thought was what if this is a scam? I read a lot of positive reviews so I decided to take a chance and glad I did. I purchased a new laptop and was ready to get rid of my old one which I didn't even realize was 7 years old. Comparing prices from privately selling to just selling it to a company. It made more sense to just sell to a company which is how I found Go Roostr via Google search. I wiped my laptop cleaned and shipped it off with the quote and shipping label provided. They received it and paid me within 1 day of receiving it the full amount via zelle into my bank account. Highly impressed with the quote amount to the communication. Highly recommend them! Glad I took the chance and they were the company that did have the highest quote because I checked. =^)”
