“this was such a nice and easy way to get rid of my old broken macbook. they reached out to me if there were issues and helped me in making sure it was longer connected to my apple account. shipping was free and i got my payment really fast. this was a great experience and i would definitely recommend go roostr!”

“After sending in my MacBook to Apple for a trade-in, the value was changed to zero due to "Data erasure unsuccessful". I did some research and found other people having the same problems with Apple trade-ins. I decided to look for other places to trade in my Mac and found Go Roostr who offered me more than double what Apple originally offered. The service was incredible, and the team responded very quickly to my questions. They paid for shipping (super simple to drop off the package) and it was the quickest turnaround ever. I got paid the full amount I was quoted the day after they received it and I couldn't be happier with the service!”

“My experience w/Go Roostr was fast easy and quick. I looked them up on the BBB and felt safe dealing with them. They also offered the most money for my laptop. I would have been able sell it on eBay for more but the 15% in fees would made it less. The communication was great too”

“This was a really good and easy experience. I had a 2015 Macbook Pro with a fried startup disk that I wanted to sell and got quotes from a few different sites. GoRoostr got back to me within a day, and their quote was twice as much as anyone else's. Shipping was quick, they provided a label, and they kept me updated throughout the process. I was able to choose my payment method, and I received exactly what I was quoted. Overall, I would highly recommend this company.”
