“My MacBook Air stopped working out of nowhere right before school started and would’ve cost more to fix than to buy a new one. Didn’t want to throw it away since it was still in pretty good shape, but I also didn’t want it lying around. I ended up finding this website to sell it for a good price considering it doesn’t turn on at all anymore. Shipped my laptop & charger on a Monday and got my payment on a Friday. They’re a fast and trustworthy company. I would def recommend selling any electronics you have lying around in your home.”

“There are 3 things that are important to me when choosing a trade in service. Here's how Roostr performed in my experience for each: 1. Price offered for the device I was selling - I got quotes from ALL the services that came up under organic search listings. Roostr beat all of them by 20% or more 2. Speed to evaluate the device and trust that the company will honor the quoted price - I received a confirmation email the same day that my device was received. It was evaluated and the price confirmed as quoted the same day as well 3. Speed to send payment after the evaluation is done - the check was mailed the next day by 1st class USPS. E payment would have been even faster I usually never pick companies that show up in top paid search (as opposed to natural or organic search) positions... in this case I'm very glad I did.”

“Amazing and quick!! I thought I would just need to recycle my dead MacBook. Found Go Roostr online and they offered to buy my MacBook. The same day they received the MacBook the promised amount was deposited in my account. Adam emailed me as soon as they received the computer and when they deposited the money. “Go Roostr was amazing with communication in regard to selling my Macbook Pro. When we had issues with deactivating my iCloud account, the representative who contacted me and walked me through trying to troubleshoot it was very detailed and clear. When we could not resolve the problem with initial means, he made sure the process that followed was clearly defined and reassuring. Payment was super prompt and shipping the device was easy. Highly Recommend and would use again!”
