What is the point of making a password when the first time you use it your told it is wrong,I am trying to log in and this is all it keeps telling me.Useless

The password is case sensitive, so if you have used a capital letter anywhere in your password you would need to replicate that alternatively, there is a 'forgotten my password' option where you can reset this. Hi guys, i'm sorry to say you are just like the rest. No ins Co ask's for a driver's background, ins is quote's are calculated on age, and post code, which is totally unfair, ill tell you why. Yes, i'm 77 years old, but, i'm a retired long distance lorry driver, i passed my HGV test in 1062, 6 years in the Army, and on leaving the army in 1967, i went on the road. I have a clean driving, proof of my 10 years NCB, i also passed a defensive driving with the Police, not in a car, defensive driving with a HGV. But the certificate was lost through moving house, But, as i have said, no ins Co ask's these questions, so that is why you give you a score of 1, if there was a O box, i would click it. Select the 'Free excess protection cover' tab at the top of the screen or after pressing the silhouette of the head and shoulders in the top right. Select the policy you have purchased or the 'Complete the form manually' link. Check that the redemption form is completed accurately. Choose how you would like the documents to be sent (Email/Post). Receive your documents via email in 48 hours or post in 5 - 10 days. I received an email on 27 June advising my car insurance was due for renewal that day - it wasn’t it was due 23 July. Wrong date and information given which nearly cost me cancellation fees on my old policy. Very dissatisfied

I have paid for insurance and I haven't received it, I couldn't pick up the car because the vehicle nsurabce wasn't on the motor insurance database. I want to cancel now!

I think it’s disgusting when you are looking it clearly says eg pink motor policy and you click on and four out of five are all Hastings and personally I think there service is rubbish

i got a quote at 9-30 pm on the 23/6/20. when i logged on again at 9-00 am on the 24/6/20 the quote had increased by £50-00 talk about diabolical!

Went to insure with Onecall, couldn't get hold of them on the phone, chat wouldn't work either, numbers wouldn't enter in the driver's licence box, all in all, a waste of time.

Apalling , icould not access details to make sure they were correct , when i spoke to someone they could not forward details of the quote,which i believe were based on information given last year. Very unhelpful , said it would take 3 weeks to email !!!! How do you expect a client to make a decision if you will not give them the facts .

Horrible and stressful experience . When i put all my details to purchase my insurance and about to make payment they refuse the quote . And since more search effects credit records i was in middle of no where . Specially Admiral , Diamond and sister companies . Be careful as it will ruined your best and cheap deal options .

I have tried to get ins with Hastings , but they are £60 more than your site quoted , if that is the case I may as well stay with my current ins provider .
