I went through Quidco for cashback. When it went through to Go Compare it was acknowledged this. I normally get notification from Quidco and haven't. I've got a feeling I won't get the cashback. Be careful.

Sometimes internet history can affect the way a website functions, so you could try clearing your internet history, cookies and cache. One minute one price the next minute another. Really bad service. Managed to ring another company saved £49.50. Better deal elsewhere, shop around its always worth investigating.

We can’t get insured all companies don’t take new policies over phone or wedsite

Very crappy. Poor design. Some forms just don’t work, cannot be submitted and there’s no error on page.

You lost me the minute i started filling out my details for car insurance and you asked me a question on whether is was ‘Thatcham level 1 with or without immobiliser.. to be honest does anybody know... I jumped to another site and found my car insurance no problem and they certainly weren’t stupid enough to include that question.. bad business on your behalf.. I’d hate to think how many people just like me have avoided your comparison website because of it.

after spending loads of time,effort and energy, you get quote, but brokers do not want to go ahead with price they give you. simply because they find that price they give you is less than that you already got with same insurance company. this need stopping.

If a private plate is transferred it is impossible to complete a transaction on your site. I went another route which was very stressful. Very, very poor performance from you.

I had a good insurance quote yesterday and today when I tried to accept it the price had gone up by£250. I checked the information I supplied yesterday and it was exactly the same as today. Very sharp practice.

You should see an option to 'view prices' next to your more recent quotes. You give a cheap price with all extras included but when past to proper insurance site to put in details you have to put them back in as they are not ticked and the the price goes up as it's not a true like for like quote. Luckily my previous insurance broker showed me where it goes wrong. Not impressed at all.

However, you may have been upgrading the additional cover on the insurers website. For example on GoCompare.com you may have added the standard level of cover for legal assistance, however on the insurers site they are offering this cover at an upgraded level.
