“Managed to get a quote I was happy with, couldn’t pay with the chosen company online. Spoke with them the next day and answered all questions on. Paid the premium up font and have now received a message that the policy has been declined unless I pay another £380 or cancel for a refund... which will take another 7 days!! I’ve just paid £1080 !! Called them today, no call back and so I don’t know if I have insurance and I have to search again for another policy it seems”

“It would be helpful if you could easily see how to pay by card I found it very difficult to navigate the site for this also you did not recognise my password which I know is correct as I use it regularly,I had to leave the site due to stress ,I found another insurer at the same price sorry to have to complain but if I do not you will not know ,I’ll try again next year and see how it glues .”
