I tried to insure my car on your site, when it came to paying there was no where to actually do the payment it just kept asking me my employers business, I'm retired so I phoned the company Hastings to be told they made a further charge of £12 to pay on the phone so I told them where to go. I wasted a lot of time trying to make your system work, never again.

I could not get car insurance I wanted as the questions not appropriate my car was hit parked I was not in it therefore could not take out insurance with you

When obtaining new insurance, it's always best to do so as early as possibly. That way you will get the best prices as insurers tend to increase costs as it gets closer to your renewal date. I was very disappointed when looking for house insurance. Company came up on your page offering an affordable price. When clicking onto their site thinking I was reviewing a quote I found that they were giving me options for two insurers at treble what was advertised. To expensive for pensioners living on state pension and still paying a mortgage. Is this not breaching Trading Standards.

If you're unsure of who you're insured with you may want to check your bank statements - you should be able to tell which insurer took a payment or payments from these. I was honest with my details for the car insurance quote (3pts for doing 37mph in a 30mph zone and a small crash 3yrs previous that was my fault) got a price I was really happy with but when I clicked accept I was told to call the broker, who told me my pts etc. had not been recorded on the system so my quote would increase... But when I checked the system after declining there offer I could see my details had been loaded onto the system.... I was really annoyed with all the time wasted and the dirty tricks they use to try and get more money from you, but try and make a claim and the shutters come down!
