As requested, Have tried to call 08444999410 from overseas but failed. The quote of £328.87 provided is for 15 Blundell St Blackpool FY1 5DX . What should I do?

I could not get car insurance I wanted as the questions not appropriate my car was hit parked I was not in it therefore could not take out insurance with you

When obtaining new insurance, it's always best to do so as early as possibly. That way you will get the best prices as insurers tend to increase costs as it gets closer to your renewal date. I was very disappointed when looking for house insurance. Company came up on your page offering an affordable price. When clicking onto their site thinking I was reviewing a quote I found that they were giving me options for two insurers at treble what was advertised. To expensive for pensioners living on state pension and still paying a mortgage. Is this not breaching Trading Standards.

Hello Williams, Thanks for the review. We are an online only comparison service and not an insurer so you wouldn't have cover with us. If you're unsure of who you're insured with you may want to check your bank statements - you should be able to tell which insurer took a payment or payments from these. I was honest with my details for the car insurance quote (3pts for doing 37mph in a 30mph zone and a small crash 3yrs previous that was my fault) got a price I was really happy with but when I clicked accept I was told to call the broker, who told me my pts etc. had not been recorded on the system so my quote would increase... But when I checked the system after declining there offer I could see my details had been loaded onto the system.... I was really annoyed with all the time wasted and the dirty tricks they use to try and get more money from you, but try and make a claim and the shutters come down!

For some reason my model of bike did not come up when putting reg in, tried looking for it on find bike still no joy, so quoted me for a vzr 1800, that is what comes up all the time now for my reg, a few insurance now can not quote me. My bike was insured last time as a vlr 1800 intruder. That's what's on log book.

I needed my insurance 1day early and it cost me around £70 is it an insurance service or a racketeering service and at the first chance I will cancel it

Got a email from yourselves stating bike insurance had expired. Purchased new insurance in panic only to find I'm insured already for the next 8 months. Had to pay new policy with post office £37.44 to cancel not happy

I was given one price and then when I went through to the insurer the price nearly doubled.this is disgusting and I will never use you again.
