system OK until you try to transfer to individual ins companies then it crshes every time.

Prices advertised bore no resemblance to an actual quote which increased 400% I have stayed with LV which only increased by £40 this year to just on £400 As opposed to £800 quoted on this site for the same cover

There is no customer service for quote me happy insurance company the speak to someone to pay and the Webb side were not let to pay disappointed

I couldn't complete my purchase as I was randomly chosen to call the insurance company the next day to complete my cover. But it would take 24 hours for the company to verify the quote. I lost out on the promotion £250 refunded excess cover. I had to phone the company direct and actually my quote was lower.

filled everything in and got to the last part to pay and the sites weren't available. .Wanted me to phone some brokers...and probably wanted to extract even more money from me.. You and all theses insurance companies are rip off merchants.. we have to have vehicle insurance by law...this enables Insurance companies to think of a figure, double it then add an extra nought.. Doesn't seem to matter how much No Claims one has the prices increase yearly by 20-25%. Nice little earners for the top dogs. Once again Joe Public has to pay exorbitant insurance rate increases

The quotes you are given give you false hope. When you go to the insurance sites there are lots of extras you add to your quotes making them uncompetitive.

I wasnt impressed when applying for car insurance on this site to find there where no companies that would provide insurance cover for me. I had to go to another website to get car insurance online.

At the moment that’s how I feel, one star rating. I’ve gone on my saga quote from you, all through the details and then they say my quote is from the wrong date a day early, and want another £50 more, same with Churchill said it was a Manuel and not auto and wanted more money, though would still like to go through you Free excess etc etc. Will have a cup of tea and start again.

I brought my motorbike insurance through your website and now lexham insurance wants to charge me more money because they got some dates wrong. which is very unfair because I put the right dates on your website. I try to chase on my details but no even the cote I did is there... Very dodgy...
