I would like it if someone could give me a call as I have struggled to complete the purchase of car insurance as it will not let me reset my password without a policy number but you will not give me a policy number until I have completed all the information very annoying.

Quotes looked good on first glance and said courtesy car and personal protection were included but then when you go to the company website you have to add these on and took me over my renewal price for my current insurers.

I requested a quote, and received one that l found acceptable, l then kept clicking proceed to payment page, after many failed attempts, l have up. Closed the web page and decided l may have more success with money super market, so looks like you have lost trade to your competitor. I wonder how many other customers have done the same?

I asked for quote with no excess, you didn’t show me any .., or rathet I gave up scrolling after 10+ @£450 excess.

Not impressed that despite my best attempts to get quotes for my wife your site kept revert I'll Ng to my account. I spent over an hour trying to sort it BV but in the end I used an alternative comparison site to obtain quotes. You need to improve your IT before I will return.

The go compare price was nowt like the Saga price once I was redirected on the way to purchase, it was over £60 more. Gave up and renewed with my existing insurer which was cheaper anyway.

Changed the company half way through the quote asked for our names which resulted in £20 price increase. Sent two e mails with quotations which when clicked on were told references for quotations did not exist then tried to follow up by phone gave up after being on hold for 20 minutes . In short your service as Gerald Ratner said total crap

The firm Salisbury would not accept an annual payment although that was quoted and wanted me to pay by instalments making the policy dearer
