Getting to the end of the questionnaire to find a message stating it wouldn't be possible to go any further because of a fault on your part. A lot of time and effort went into this application. I was so disgusted I went with the opposition.

Premium was £50 more expensive with same insurer on a different comparison site. Seems like the customer is unwittingly paying for ‘free’ excess cover. In addition your quote reference could not be found by the insurer. Wasted an hour of my time - glad the insurer failed to find the quote as I used an alternative site.

Don’t have hedgehog insurance as No 1 they are very bad company as they only do online service and charge a lot to change or update info as I have experienced already.

I went through yourself for van insurance for my other half, hasting direct came up at 271.81 one single payment, or £312.31 which I paid £25.98 1st payment then 11 payment at 26.03 .. which I was happy with, only a few minutes later I had a email through saying my quote was 426.58 a year which didn’t make sense, so I phoned them up which got told after 24 hours later saying it was wrong and they couldn’t insurance my boyfriend van as it was a wrong quote which they said it was wrong figures on there behalf... so am waiting for a refund of 25.31 plus extra as I was on the phone for a while ... not happy !!!!

I did find one code for my car insurance company call udrive they said one code on gocompare and then took deposit money they haven’t give insurance they said we will call you I din’t Get phone call from them I did call 2nt day they said still fined some information I waited after three day’s they said you had accident that’s funny how come this is my first car I don’t drive before in UK I don’t know where they find something like that anyway they offer third party fire and theft which Is more £1000 that I find in go-compare if they can’t offer why they said in go compare I am very disappointed.

We are not aware of any issues that may have caused this error, so if you return to our website and try to login again you should not have any more problems. I got the cheapest quote from your site from o2 of 90.00 but when I was out through to the provider they wanted to charge me 30.00 more! They offered no justification for this so I went elsewhere.

absulutely crap service not to the point waffle on for about 20 mins before we get to the punchline which is the quote wot we were after in the first place you can have a BATH while your waiting customers want action not someones life story when hell freezes over i might come back

Prices advertised no correct. In possible to even get through to some sites - example being Hastings. Tried to buy at least 8 times but always timed out.

after wasting time putting in my details my cheapest price intelligent insh .the message appeared problem with site phone .spent 20 m giving same ansers waited all after noon for call that was supposed to take20 minits to ruturn never hapend a phone bill wasted
