Prices good but no facility to type my address in. Software only accepts 16, not 16b!!! Rang insurance company but after 14 minutes on hold gave up.

Hi i been usibg this site few days quotes varied by 300£ on different days, same people working on customer services for many of the insurshce companies. The worst customer service i received go girls, insure to drive terriable so so poor young people who lacked common sense, understand problem solving on the phones few times for 30 minutes for both these insurance , they could not allow me to buy over the phone , wanted uility bills then ckaimed never to receive 10 of my emails,was nit allowed to soeak to customer services my calls dropped by both these insurance mind you they have 2 star rating. I paid extra went with a company with higher stars because of the stress hassle of insure to drive was most terriable i have ever experienced and go gitl just staff did mot want to help dropped calls

Found an acceptable quote which I have accepted. However I found it strange that a number of quotes increased over night. It was quite a stressful experience.

Why does your system not accept Northern Ireland licence numbers. I could not complete my quote until the person on the phone spent 24 hours to check a licence number. Then by this time I got my insurance elsewhere. This needs looked at

I purchased my car insurance on Thursday to take advantage of your free £250.00 excess cover. I e mailed to ask if I need to do anything further to register for this and so far have not had a reply. Had been very satisfied before but this is very disappointing.

Most qoutes where decent but when dirext2d to the sites they where giving different qutes but still works out cheaper using a site like this.

If you hold more than 20 years No Claims Bonus (NCB) you can contact the insurer at any time to inform them of this, they will often ask for proof of your NCB anyway so you will be able to inform them of this when asked. In this instance it didn’t. I couldn’t proceed to buy the product. I made several attempts. It may be that Churchill Car Insurance has sent me a much higher written quote. The telephone line wasn’t manned so I gave up

Whilst I realise because of my post code and age I am being punished I find it disappointing that I am paying more for my car insurance now than when I first purchased it in 2011. The next question is would I recommend you. The answer is yes.
