Would not accept retired and insisted on information about a business that does not exist. Very poor generic categorising. Wasted much of my time resulting in me having insert false information to progress.

System would not allow me to complete payment online as security code had to be sent to my landline (which does not have an answerphone) so I had to ring up and pay, was told it would be another £12.50 which I refused to pay. Lady went to manager and I waited ages, was told £12.50 would be waived then had to go through the whole thing again and again before I was allowed to pay.parkin.carol@yahoo.co.uk

I selected a quote with Rias for home insurance but when it came to payment it should have been £122.00 but Rias quoted £ 143.00 So I went else where therefore when my car insurance comes due next month Rias can whistle

I cannot understand the obsession companies like yourself have with pass words. It makes my occasional use of your site messy. Having said this I generally buy through you ,at least twice a year.

The quotations from the lowest price car insurance providers raised their prices substantially, meaning that I chose to remain with my existing provider.

I was able to get insurance for my van although the first one I chose which was Autonet accepted my application then said were unable to process it and asked me to phone them. I did this and they wanted £15 to set it up over the phone. I thought this unreasonable as other companies don’t do this. I chose another company which processed my application without asking for a fee.

I recently had a small dear walk out in front of my car, this as expected caused me to lose my no claims escalating my insurance cost, I was disappointed that this unavoidable incident cost me so very dearly
