“Great communication, great drivers. Only improvement would be some education for drivers on how to install baby car seats or state up front that the parents will need to do it! Would recommend them in any case, will use next time need drivers in the Alps! Felt v safe and they were kind, knowledgable and helpful.”

“Perfect service. Both ways the drivers were in communication by Whatsapp to let me know they were on their way & when they arrived, both arrived on time. The cars were very comfortable & water was provided. Both our drivers Uldis and Adrian were very polite and their driving was safe & excellent. On the way out to Geneva our flight was delayed by 24 hours. The person on the other end of the Whatsapp chat was so helpful to quickly find a new driver and move our booking by a day. I would definately recommend and use again, thank you Go Alpes team.”

“We used Go Alpes for transfers last week between Lyon Airport and La Plagne for 14 people. Communication was really good througout the whole process, the vehicles were perfect and overall a great experience. We will definately use them again.”

“Everything about our experience with GoAlps was excellent. The communication from the office with payment options, reminders, drivers' numbers, as well as the interaction and professionalism of the drivers themselves was great. On our departure leg, the driver saw the vehicle line to get into the airport drop-off was so long it would impact our trip that she brought us into the parking garage instead and led us to the elevator to bring us up to the airline check in level. I never would have thought of that! It saved us at least an hour. Very happy with this service and will.use it again.”

“Martyna was on time, helpful and pleasant. The van was new, and clean. The traffic was difficult on the way down the mountain, but Martyna navigating us around the worst of the jams. We arrived in plenty of time for our flight at Geneva.”
