“I’d highly recommend Go Alpes. Above anything their communications was superb. Plenty of emails and SMS messages to keep us informed plus super reactive when I had questions. WhatsApp chat was great too. Competitively priced. Only minor complaint was driver was supposed to hold a sign with our name on at the airport but didn’t so it was hard to find him. Would have been five stars otherwise.”

“the collection and pick up all went to plan. The collection from grenoble was slightly complicated as the driver was waiting in parking 0 rather than at arrivals with a board with my name on it, but we had comms and found him in the end. The return was on time and got us to the airport with no problems.”

“Driver from Geneva was amazing - friendly and professional. He pointed out the water bottles and asked us to let him know if we needed a break. He drove efficiently and understood the roads. We were all very happy with the journey. The driver for the return was totally different. He text to say he had arrived but he wasn’t at the correct address. There was no water in the vehicle and he didn’t speak to us for the entire journey. To start with the driving was fine but near Geneva he didn’t seem to know where us was going. He took the wrong exit and ended up going right around the roundabout. He took another wrong turning and we had to turn round in an IKEA car park. I informed him we were flying from Terminal 2 right at the beginning and didn’t realise he had dropped us off at Terminal 1 until he had left. As I am partially disabled it was a difficult walk for us. We have used your company several times and have recommended it to anyone we know who skis to use for transfer. We were very disappointed for the first time with the service and hence the 4 atars”

“Our driver was wonderful and the pickup and drop off were smooth and ahead of schedule. Unfortunately the air conditioning did not work during our trip and only put out warm air which made for an unpleasant ride. The driver did apologize for the issue but for the price I would have expected a more comfortable cabin.”

“GoAlpes did exactly what is needed from a transfer. On return trip the traffic delayed our driver, so they kept us updated and managed to arrange an alternative driver and suitable vehicle to pick us up and get us to the airport. Couldn’t have asked more of them in the circumstances.”

“The online presence works really well. Anytime I made contact through it I received an immediate reply. Our driver was very good and patient: he had to be as our rwo and a half hour journey from Belle Plagne to Geneva airport hotel took 5 hours!! Motorway was reduced to one lane of barely moving traffic as French farmers were protesting attge border.”

“Overall a good experience - easy booking process and got updates / confirmation the day before. Took a transfer from Val d’isere to Geneva; driver arrived on time and was friendly throughout. They drove a little fast at points down the mountain but otherwise all good.”

“Our outward journey was exactly as advised. 2x8 seater minivans for 11 passengers. For our return journey we were given a car and 1x8 seater minivan which was more cramped and not what we were advised we were getting. Fortunately the transfer was short!”
