“The online presence works really well. Anytime I made contact through it I received an immediate reply. Our driver was very good and patient: he had to be as our rwo and a half hour journey from Belle Plagne to Geneva airport hotel took 5 hours!! Motorway was reduced to one lane of barely moving traffic as French farmers were protesting attge border.”

“Great transfers provided. Communication was great beforehand reminding me of details, and giving drivers numbers. Communication with drivers was great and both drivers were very helpful. Would definitely use them again and recommend to friends.”

“My two sons and I used Go Alpes for our transportation between Geneva Airport and Chamonix France for our ski trip. Go Alpes made the booking process for the transportation quite easy. Upon our arrival in Geneva, Michal was our driver who was awaiting us as we came out of the baggage claim area. He was friendly and professional, and the van was clean and comfortable. For our return trip from Chamonix back to Geneva, Vlad was our driver. He arrived promptly at the scheduled pick-up time at our hotel. Like Michal, Vlad was friendly and professional and a safe driver. We had a very nice chat on our way back to the airport, and Vlad pointed out some tourist sites along the way that we should check out on our next visit. Go Alpes was very clear in its communication, and sent email reminders on pick-up times and the names of who would be driving us. Overall, we were very pleased with the services of Go Alpes and would definitely use their services again!”

“Return transfers like clockwork. One guest left phone on minibus at resort. Safely returned on return transfer to Geneva. Excellent service all round. Good communication also.”

“Organised one way transfer from La Plagne to Geneva for 4 people. Competitive price, door to door service, easy payment system. Our Driver, Blanka, was friendly, kept us informed prior to arrival, offered toilet and coffee stops on route as well as offering bottled water. Safe driver No complaints at all and would definitely use again”
