“I had a pleasant experience overall--the products are well documented on the website providing a fair sense of the materials and their specifications and delivery was on schedule. I also appreciate the effort to set up an online platform for handloom products from cooperatives and weavers' organizations in India which was much needed. After encountering a technical issue on the website I contacted the team and the problem was resolved within the next few days.”
