“I am happy with the product. I had two requests to make. If I could have learnt the name and a little more about the weaver, their family, their village, context etc.. I must have felt happier. “I am very happy with my purchase from Gocoop. Though the order was delayed a bit from Indiapost but the assistance from Gocoop was remarkable. The quality of the saree is awesome and a genuine silk mark saree. I am very happy with Gocoop and look forward to further purchases in near future.”

“Masks are fine.. i prefer tied strings one rather than elastic ones as they are easy on ears. However 100 per mask cost is bit higher...”

“I am so happy to have received such lovely products! The quality and finish were excellent. I had ordered 3 items from different sellers. “Love the idea of the website. However, I feel you should specify which of your products are handmade/handloom. I was very confused while browsing. Better descriptions would be nice. While I understand your return policy, it also makes people wary about using the website which is a big con because the products themselves look worthy of exposure and attention. All said, I appreciate the initiative to connect weavers with buyers and the sale of genuine Indian handicrafts.”

“Very conventional and ordinary collection. The worst part that I am not even allowed an exchange. In online shopping, at least one should be able to exchange if not return. Very disappointed. Have stashed away the two sarees”
