“Can I give a minus 5 rating (-5)? The quality of the sarees were bad and they were definitely not worth the amount that I was charged. The value of both sarees could not have been above Rs. 1,000 and please check what you charged me. They were that bad. I did not expect Gocoop to deliver such bad quality goods to me and charge me the earth for it. I have been ordering sarees for so many years now, please check my order history. But those were the last sarees. No more. I don't trust Gocoop any more.”

“Authentic products, reliable, never tried returning process since every product I've ordered was exactly what was shown. However, I would request GoCoop to look into the delivery window since it's usually never less than 10 days for most products.”
