“It was a pleasant experience to pick up the Ilkal saree I had wanted to gift my friend. Since I wanted to be sure it's genuine handloom, I checked this site. Kaushik of Gocoop patiently answered all my queries and also sent me pictures to help make the decision quick. The friend of course loved the saree and the blouse piece.”

“The products are authentic and good. I have purchased quite a few pieces. However, the email system and courier service messes up quite a few times, and erroneous messages reached my mailbox. Thankfully, there is a personal response given to emails sent by me, and the mistakes were corrected on time. Hopefully these glitches will be corrected quickly.”

“product wise no issues. I wish customer support was more responsive and quicker in getting back. Wrong product was sent in a different size when emailed several times. Turnaround time in getting a response for an email is very bad.”

“A wonderful selection of fabrics but go coop need to do more pop ups not least because their no refunds policy when go coop gets the color or size wrong is not entirely fair. And exchanges v hard to make a reality once u send something back”
