“Product I bought is a banarasi dupatta to gift one of my best friend. Colour and texture of the material is wow just the zari work is not so bright as in picture..but it can vary. I am so happy with my purchase. One more thing first my payment has difficulties and it took two days to get shorted but customer care was prompt and helpful. Thank you for this beautiful experience gocoop!!!”

“1)Its really authentic online shopping site. 2)They are very helpful people. 3)Tteir sarees have pure material as described. 4)But they should develop more easy and stong contact system with their customers .they should ensure that their message is reached and read by the customers. you can use whats app for that sake .email is not used so easily by general people. 5)It is really a hub of natural treasure means of handloom sarees. 6)I like their sarees so much.”

“I am happy with the product. I had two requests to make. If I could have learnt the name and a little more about the weaver, their family, their village, context etc.. I must have felt happier. “Masks are fine.. i prefer tied strings one rather than elastic ones as they are easy on ears. However 100 per mask cost is bit higher...”

“Love the idea of the website. However, I feel you should specify which of your products are handmade/handloom. I was very confused while browsing. Better descriptions would be nice. While I understand your return policy, it also makes people wary about using the website which is a big con because the products themselves look worthy of exposure and attention. All said, I appreciate the initiative to connect weavers with buyers and the sale of genuine Indian handicrafts.”
